RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:

- Driving the overall content and quality of delivery of the growth projects.
- Driving and managing the key stakeholder alignments with the business and other relevant partners like R&D and Operations.
- Support translating the growth opportunity coming from marketing or commercial into a clear and concise project brief and planning.
- Make & Drive the project planning, resources management and budget. Responsible for to continuously manage the planning, resources and budget and signal (anticipated) deviations.
- Identify, manage and mitigate delivery opportunity and project risks.
- Actively driving the project gate reviews and key decision making moments. Responsible to challenge on decisions to be made and justify made project decisions at all times.

The Role
We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our GDC team. This is a senior role where you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs, working closely with clients, project managers, consultants, and global teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You’ll also play a key role in shaping delivery methodologies and developing talent within the team.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships in the region
- Oversee project delivery from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
- Identify and mitigate risks, managing issues proactively
- Coordinate with Tribal’s Professional Services teams globally to align delivery with objectives
- Mentor and guide consultants within the GDC, supporting growth and retention
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
- Support reporting, forecasting, and governance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project/delivery management in IT or consulting
- Background in management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent) with technology implementation experience
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or ITIL v4
- Experience managing large-scale software implementations and support services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
- Strong organizational and leadership ability, with financial awareness
Nice to Have
- Experience leading complex end-to-end implementations
- Knowledge of Student/Education Management Systems
