About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Production Engineering to lead our global production engineering function. - Oversee production engineering, and industrialization across contract manufacturers and JDMs in China, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- A key member of Dyson's Global Supply Chain leadership team; considered a succession candidate for the Global Manufacturing Director role, EXCO -1.
- Dyson has scaled production from 4 million to 25 million units in the past five years, with increasing manufacturing complexity due to proprietary IP, emerging technologies, and evolving supplier partnership models.

- Inventory control for Quality Assurance Laboratories (Issue PRs and GRN after goods receipt). Verification against latest Malaysian Food Act or Regulation.
- Any additional task assigned by the superior.
- Degree in Brewing, Chemical, Engineering or equivalent.
- 10-15 years relevant working experience preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge in Brewing, Packaging, QA management skills (e.g., analysis, instrument handling, method development, etc.), ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Act or regulation, GMP, GLP, Food Safety, 5S & Kaizen and SPC.
