Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain site level Process Safety Management System for the site. Support the manufacturing site with implementing and sustaining these programs
  • Serve as the facilitator for site Process Safety Leadership team(s).

  • Process Safety Philosophy Preparation : Prepare and review HSSE Design Philosophy, and other process safety-related philosophies. Provide guidance to the proposal / project for compliance to company standards, client and regulatory requirements of safety-related systems.

  • Familiarity with thermodynamic and flow simulators and design standards/codes

  • Significant Experience as Process Engineer / Process Owner over Chemical Cleaning, Chemical Etching, Chemical Stripping, Plating, Anodizing, Paint, and DFL processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Nadcap System and Audit requirements for Chemical Processing.

Responsible for receiving and verifying claims for the Distribution Region, including invoices with Purchase Orders, Direct Payments, Petty Cash Reimbursements and Staff Claims. Ensuring timely processing of payments with complete supporting documentation in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check documents received from Regions to ensure completeness and compliance with SOP.
  • Verify data entries updated by Regions to ensure invoice details, including account codes, are accurately captured in TAMS.
  • Send queries to Regions for any incomplete documents or missing information to ensure all payments comply with SOP.
  • Process payments in TAMS within the stipulated timeline as per SOP.
  • Submit payment documents to the superior for review and upload them to the bank portal (internet banking).
  • Compile all completed payment documents for filing and send them to the store for safekeeping.
  • Retrieve payment documents from the store as needed for audit purposes.
  • Review and process payments for General and ERP petty cash reimbursements within the stipulated timeline, ensuring all documents are complete and comply with SOP.
  • Liaise with FSD Regions regarding invoice and payment issues to ensure smooth operations and SOP compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Account & Finance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Words and Excel
  • Knowledge in accounting entries and maintain data entry
  • Observing, reporting & administrative writing skills
  • Team player, analytical and possess high integrity.
  • Self-starter and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work within tight deadline.
