You will be evaluating new trends on the market (such as AI tools, Internal Development Platforms), bringing new tools to the portfolio and ensure smooth adoption for the area of software development tools and Internal Development Platforms. Which involves analysis, assessment, ROI calculation, writing business cases, rollout, migrations and adoption measurement assurance and much more.
We currently use stable tools portfolio (such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Artifactory) supported by dedicated teams and focusing (within our team) on improvements in the Platform Engineering Tools and Practices area and AI-assisted SDLC.

Major responsibilities and requirements:
- Tools evaluation and selection – “What is best for us?”
- Leverage proven experience (5+ years) in a Senior Consulting role or a similar position (central tools team, technical presales, product owner…), with a perfect understanding of application development process.
- High enthusiasm in performing market exploration, analysis and selection of tools as best fit to existing landscape/portfolio.
- Detailed oriented tools comparison driven by the demand and use cases.
- Knowledge of related technologies such as programming, K8S and application monitoring.

Qualifications & Certifications
• Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or Master of Computer Science/Business Administration (MBA, preferably in HR)
• Hold valid certification in at least 2-3 core SuccessFactors module such as Employee Central, Recruitment Management and Onboarding with deep knowledge.
• Have knowledge in other SF modules such as PMGM, LMS, Compensation and etc will be added value.
• Certification or exposure to ITIL/Managed Servies/Support Models
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Qualification and experience, or a subject matter expert specializing in the following SuccessFactors modules:
– EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS(min of at least 3 module experience needed) including configuration of provisioning.
– Sound industry experience of 8-10 years with at least 5 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in multiple modules.
– Good business knowledge in various HR processes and Compensation management processes
• Strong issues resolution experience with excellent analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business communication skills in both verbal and written to facilitate, consult and convey.
• Successfully combine strong leadership skills with sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients
• Track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program execution
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid time, task and people management skills. A highly positive, motivated, proactive self-starter and a responsible leader and team player
• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies, with flexibility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing technical, cultural and business environments with a strong desire to excel
• Adaptable to the consulting lifestyle with flexibility to travel which may be minimal or extensive depending on business requirements.
