Client Impact

Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements

Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value

Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner



Team Collaboration & Culture

Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations

Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems, synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactful storylines

Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management

Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development

Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants



Qualifications

Basic qualifications

Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management

Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders

Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis

Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Ability to perform multiple tasks withmultiple clientsin a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)

  • You may be assigned as Level 2 AMS support or Level 3 AMS support between Business/Client IT Team, partnering systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you are expected
    • To collaborate with Functional team to render 2nd level or 3rd level AMS support by performing in-depth production incident (simple to medium complexity) program troubleshooting, resolve any production incident and monitor the fixes to ensure correct resolution in accordance with the agreed scope and Service Level Agreement (SLA) stated in the contract
    • To collaborate with Functional team to deliver medium to complex level enhancements within the agreed timeframe and with quality.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
  • A detailed and hands-on developer with 5-8 years relevant experience developing programs in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team member or an implementation team member ofSAP ABAP team
  • Technical proficiency including systems development experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and issue management in a multi-platform environment.

The primary role of a Consultant is to work closely with Senior Consultants and Managers to conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations. More specifically, they:
