We are seeking candidates who will be stationed at our Southeast Asia (Malaysia) office, supporting Japanese clients while driving business development locally in Malaysia. Develop and execute digital strategies and GTM strategies for client organizations. Provide strategic proposals and implementation support to drive client business growth. Manage projects and maintain effective communication with clients. Lead business development initiatives in Southeast Asia. Required Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in strategy development or project management at a corporate organization or consulting firm. Knowledge and experience in digital strategies, GTM strategies, or business development. Willingness and adaptability to support clients in both Japanese and international markets, particularly in Southeast Asia. A team player who can also work independently to solve problems effectively. Preferred Qualifications

Work experience or residency in Southeast Asia. Consulting experience in B2B businesses or SaaS companies. Leadership experience in global projects. Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools. Ideal Candidate Profile

The Role

  • Partner and collaborate with Senior Consultants / Directors to craft and implement cutting-edge HR solutions across strategic HR programs, such as people strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, total rewards strategy, career / job architecture frameworks and job levelling
  • Contribute to delivery of projects with oversight from senior consultants, contributing to the project’s success from inception to completion and managing client expectations. This includes work planning, efficient workflow management and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables
  • Contribute to the growth of our Human Capital Advisory business by supporting market research to identify market opportunities and developing compelling proposals, as well as creating impactful collaterals that showcases our solutions, value proposition and drives new business wins
  • Mentor junior members in the team – providing guidance, support and constructive feedback as needed; Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Proactive and engaged member of our cross-functional teams within the Human Capital Advisory business, contributing your expertise to a wide range of projects and initiatives

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • We are seeking an experienced hire with 3 ~5 years of progressive experience in either a consulting environment or a highly collaborative corporate setting. If you have a passion for creating impactful HR strategies and have a proven ability to partner with business leaders, we encourage you to apply. Management consulting experience is a plus.
  • Applicants should demonstrate a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and analytics, as well as the ability to develop, design, and formulate frameworks, strategies, and solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience across multiple HR areas would be an advantage: HR strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, or similar HR functions
  • An undergraduate degree is required; a degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering and/or professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or an MBA would be considered advantageous.
  • Exceptional project management skills are crucial. You'll need the ability to quickly assess and diagnose complex issues, draw logical conclusions from data, and develop innovative solutions in a collaborative team environment. A solution-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.
  • A polished and professional presence is essential, coupled with outstanding facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to develop impactful client materials and present your recommendations to mid- and senior-level leadership, directly influencing decision-making .

Here’s What You Need:

Minimum 2 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm

Minimum 2 years of experience in at least one of the following: digital strategy, transformation strategy, operating model strategy, technology in M&A, technology cost optimization, or technology driven revenue growth strategy

Minimum 2 years of experience writing business cases

Minimum 1 year of experience in planning / structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing (technology) strategy recommendations

Curiosity about technology and its influences on business and work

Top-notch communication (written and oral) people skills

Strong presentation skills: including the ability to synthesize information and bring a message forward

A Bachelor’s degree

Bonus Points if:

You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

Challenges You’ll Tackle (Accountabilities & Responsibilities)

  • Take ownership of selected clients and develop their marketing strategies.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for global clients.
  • Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline for multiple stakeholders, making recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets; optimising plans through test, and adopting new or best practice approaches.
  • Ensures proper result monitoring of all campaigns/projects managed. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

You should have (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • 5+ years proven track record in marketing within the technology sector including GTM strategy development and strategic planning, brand, product value proposition and messaging, content development, activity/campaign design, direct & digital marketing, social media.
  • Superior communication (verbal, written, presentation) and analytical skills demonstrating strong financial management acumen
  • Ability to develop new methods and big ideas, strong innovative and creative thinking ability.
  • Strong process and effective project management skills driving execution cross-functionally with competing deadlines and priorities. Ability to work strategically and tactically.
  • Highly results-driven, customer-centric, collaborative.
  • Strong reporting cadence with attention to pipeline numbers and optimisation of funnel metrics
  • Experience across the core martech capabilities, CRM, CMS, marketing automation
  • Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, and ability to translate data into information and storytelling that influences stakeholders and business strategy.

Strategic Planning Manager

- Work together with senior leadership to plan and execute strategic projects across multiple functions that enables sustained platform growth;

- Lead, manage and coordinate strategic projects as project owner to ensure project(s) are progressing in a timely manner with any necessary support required for action items from origination to execution;

- Work closely with internal key stakeholders to support the execution of the strategic program

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Business Analytics/Economics or related fields, Masters degree is preferred.

- At least 5 years work experience either in management consulting, corporate strategy or commercial department, preferably in eCommerce industry

- Hold a Customer First mindset and desire to lead innovative projects that value-add and deliver optimum business objectives

- Strong communications and stakeholder management skillsets are critical to the success of this role

- Proven ability to influence / establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders

- Highly energetic, self-motivated, organized and proactive. Holds a flexible mentality and the ability to think out-of-the-box.

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines. Comfortable taking the lead and working in an autonomous environment.

- Resourceful with working experiences within a super-fast-paced environment

- Possess a proven ability to translate numbers and further into insights for business use.

- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The Role

  • Partner and collaborate with Senior Consultants / Directors to craft and implement cutting-edge HR solutions across strategic HR programs, such as people strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, total rewards strategy, career / job architecture frameworks and job levelling
  • Lead and manage delivery of small to medium complexity projects with oversight from senior consultants, owning the project’s success from inception to completion. This includes work planning, efficient workflow management and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables, all while managing client expectations and fostering strong relationships
  • Contribute to the growth of our Human Capital Advisory business by actively identifying market opportunities and developing compelling proposals, as well as creating impactful collaterals that showcases our solutions, value proposition and drives new business wins
  • Mentor junior members in the team – providing guidance, support and constructive feedback as needed; Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Proactive and engaged member of our cross-functional teams within the Human Capital Advisory business, contributing your expertise to a wide range of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • We are seeking an experienced hire with min. 5 years of progressive experience in either a consulting environment or a highly collaborative corporate setting. If you have a passion for creating impactful HR strategies and have a proven ability to partner with business leaders, we encourage you to apply. Management consulting experience is a plus.
  • Applicants should demonstrate a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and analytics, as well as the ability to develop, design, and formulate frameworks, strategies, and solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience across multiple HR areas would be an advantage: HR strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, or similar HR functions
  • An undergraduate degree is required; a degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering and/or professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or an MBA would be considered advantageous.
  • Exceptional project management skills are crucial. You'll need the ability to quickly assess and diagnose complex issues, draw logical conclusions from data, and develop innovative solutions in a collaborative team environment. A solution-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.
  • A polished and professional presence is essential, coupled with outstanding facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to develop impactful client materials and present your recommendations to mid- and senior-level leadership, directly influencing decision-making .
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to deal with ambiguity, learn rapidly and be responsive to evolving needs of our clients.

What you'll need .
  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or equivalents.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar job. However, a person with a Degree in technical area (i.e. Construction, Plantation and Property & Development) with similar experience is encouraged.
  • Strong in analytical skills and able to contribute to strategic ideas and new innovations to the Group.
  • Ability to develop frameworks for Group business.
  • Creative and innovative in pitching solutions and ideas.
