- To provide vet care, which includes diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, performing surgeries, administering medications, and providing preventive care such as vaccinations and wellness exams.
- To manage the clinic's operations, which includes managing staff and daily operations, ordering medication supplies, and maintaining patient records.
- To build a client base by maintaining good relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
- To hire, manage, train, and retain staff to ensure that the clinic operates smoothly.
- To identify and source for equipment and supplies, including exam tables, diagnostic equipment, surgical instruments, and medications.

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in distribution management, business development, channel marketing initiatives, and market analysis within the pet nutrition or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of sales channels, including online, pet specialty, and veterinary, across key markets in Asia (Singapore, South Korea, Thailand). This role demands the ability to align and satisfy channel partners' business objectives through the implementation of targeted growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for management of existing and establishing new channel partners focusing on Pet Nutritional Care brands
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners as often as required to co-ordinate ranging, promotions, training, demand planning and driving sales outcomes
- Implementing sales, brand and marketing initiatives to drive local and regional business growth
- Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team to develop comprehensive 360-degree brand campaigns and ensure benchmark implementation
Financial Performance Management

Walk patients at least twice a day or as directed
Give medications as prescribed by the veterinarian
Ensure the ward area, isolation room, consultation rooms and pharmacy are kept clean
Make sure every diagnostic equipment that is used is clean so as not to affect the accuracy of the results of the tests.

Prepare surgical instruments and gowns in the surgery room
Update patient records with laboratory results and other relevant information such as drug dispensed when instructed by veterinarian.
Set up appointments with clients for follow-up cases and vaccination and heartworm prevention boosters.
Participate in both internal and local conferences
RequirementsDiploma in Animal Health and Production
