Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years PQE of legal practice in a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal environment, preferably in the area of EHS matters
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A proven track-record of high integrity, ethical conduct, and sound judgment
- Prior experience advising on global manufacturing operations, preferably for a U.S. headquartered company
- The ability to engage a diverse cross-functional group of stakeholders and support results across a matrixed organization
- Experience engaging with team members from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Strong English language written and verbal skills to effectively interface with all levels of business management and with government officials. Mandarin or other business language skills a plus.

- The candidate will oversee all legal and secretarial matters of the Group pertaining to the organisation’s business strategy and operations. This includes safeguarding the organisation’s interest, provide legal leadership and maintaining a robust legal framework.
- Draft, analyse and negotiate contracts, agreements, and all other types of legal documents.
