Responsibilities include creating compelling content (especially videos), running digital campaigns, and managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and our website. This role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty, skincare, storytelling, and e-commerce strategy.

Responsibilities: Content Creation & Video Marketing
  • Develop short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads
  • Write engaging copy for social posts, product descriptions, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns and storytelling
  • Shoot and edit videos or coordinate with editors to produce high-quality content
Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and engagement
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches)
Ecommerce Shop Management
  • Manage product listings, stock updates, and promotions on Shopee, Lazada, and the website
  • Coordinate campaigns with e-commerce partners (e.g., boosting sales, vouchers)
  • Monitor customer reviews and maintain excellent online brand presence
  • Work with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order processing
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content creation
  • Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and/or Shopify platforms
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Hands-on experience with video creation/editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for social media

Job Description

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy for Twitter and Discord that aligns with GamingVault’s branding and goals.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns: Create and curate engaging content, including posts, announcements, and discussions. Develop and track social media campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Manage social media campaigns, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Use analytics tools to monitor success and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers on Twitter and Discord by responding to questions, hosting AMAs, and fostering an active, loyal community.
  • Moderator Management: Oversee a team of remote moderators, providing training and setting expectations to ensure a high standard of interaction within the community.
  • Chatter Management: Monitor community discussions on Discord and Twitter to ensure alignment with GamingVault’s values, managing negative comments or guiding conversations when necessary.
  • Discord Server Management: Set up and manage Discord servers and channels, hosting events, moderating discussions, and driving community engagement.
    Twitter Growth: Develop strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and audience reach on Twitter.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, particularly in gaming, blockchain, and Web3, to identify new opportunities for community engagement.
  • Crisis and Risk Management: Monitor social media channels for potential crises or negative feedback, developing strategies for timely and effective responses.

Qualifications to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming or blockchain industries.
  • Proven experience managing and growing communities on Twitter and Discord.
  • Experience creating traceable campaigns and reporting on their success.
  • Experience managing remote moderators and community management teams.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming culture, Web3, NFTs, and blockchain technologies.

This role requires expertise in SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the home services industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and implement digital campaigns/roadshow events to market and promote the brand. Create awareness and grow the service bookings ratio.
  • Plan, execute comprehensive media plans incorporating multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, mobile marketing, and content marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Optimize Google Ads, Social Media Ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and etc), email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Hubspot), and specialized platforms such as Reddit or Quora based on our target audience.
  • Also, other paid advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve campaign effectiveness and work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Utilize market research and industry insights to shape data-driven campaign strategies and optimize performance.
  • Social Media & Content Marketing Manage and grow bTaskee’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content (videos, infographics, blogs, social media posts) to attract and retain customers, plus collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital partners to enhance brand credibility. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media to maintain strong engagement.
  • SEO & Website Optimization Improve website ranking through SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization and enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates on the website and mobile app. Localize and optimize bTaskee’s website to improve search rankings and user experience. Monitor web traffic, bounce rates, and user behaviour using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting Track, measure, and report marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital tools to optimize marketing efforts and conduct A/B testing on ads, content, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media management.
  • Experience in the service industry (cleaning, home assistance, or on-demand platforms) is a plus. ·
  • In-depth knowledge of social media and email marketing best practices to drive engagement and conversions. ·
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite for campaign optimization. ·
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. ·
  • Familiarity with training tools and techniques is an advantage. ·

What You’ll Do

  • Craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including: Ad copies that convert, Landing page content to boost sign-ups and sales, Video scripts & storyboard for Ads, headlines, banners, and creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize full- funnel online paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
  • Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.
  • Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.
  • Build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns—from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance data and generate insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate internally with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized content.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform trends and ad policies to ensure all campaigns are compliant.
  • Work with project team to understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken ) — the role requires creating content and engaging with audiences in both languages.
  • Experience in performance marketing, especially lead generation.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and data tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GTM, analytics).
  • Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics, bidding strategies, and targeting tactics.
  • Strong grasp of landing page platforms (e.g., GHL, Clickfunnel) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly)
  • Comfortable managing large budgets and tracking end-to-end user behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Bonus: Already using AI for research, campaign planning, or creative tasks—or hungry to learn.

Role summary

Assume a pivotal position within the Digital Marketing team. The responsibilities will encompass formulating and executing SEO strategies and on-site content promotion tactics. Need to stay on top of the dynamic landscape of search engine trends, consistently fine-tune and adapt strategic keywords, and orchestrate methodologies across marketing and content stakeholders to enhance the visibility of content.

Responsibilities:

  1. Keyword Research: Conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms that users might use to find products, services, or information related to the website's content.
  2. On-Page Optimization: Optimizing individual web pages by adjusting meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking to align with targeted keywords and improve their relevancy to search engines.
  3. Technical SEO: Ensuring that the website is search engine-friendly by identifying and resolving technical issues that may affect its crawling and indexing. This includes aspects like site speed, mobile-friendliness, and XML sitemaps.
  4. Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitor websites to understand their strengths and weaknesses, identify potential opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Keeping Up with SEO Trends: Staying up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices in SEO to adapt strategies accordingly.
  6. Coordinate with Content and Social Teams: Collaborate with content owners, social teams, and other resources to ensure SEO reviews and cross-site promotions are considered before content creation and on-site deployment.

  12. Long-Tail Keywords & Voice Search: Target long-tail keywords and optimize content for voice search (not immediate requirement).

Requirements:

  • Strong SEO and digital content marketing experience.
