1.1 At least 1 year experience with online advertising platforms such as Google/Meta Ads.

2. Understanding of mobile advertising platforms and campaign management.

2.1 Knowledge of industry terminologies such as impression, click, CPM, CPI, ROAS, etc.

2.2 Familiarity with mobile ecosystems like Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP), Ad Exchanges, etc.

3. Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and G Suite products.

3.1 Data analytical skills to optimize campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.

4. Fluency in Vietnamese (written and verbal) and business-level English for communication, reporting, and documentation. Local Vietnamese language skills required.

5. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and data analytics tools.

6. Timely, organized, responsible, and a team player.

7. Strong analytical skills and independent problem-solving abilities.

7.1 Experience with Google/Media Ad Ops teams or overseas advertising optimization agencies is preferred.

7.2 Experience with SQL, pivot tables, web technologies, programming languages, and APIs is strongly preferred.

7.3 Understanding of advanced performance marketing concepts such as Cohort analysis, LTV, Ad Fraud, etc.

7.4 Experience in customer communication and presentation in mobile advertising.
