Responsibilities: Content Creation & Video Marketing- Develop short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads
- Write engaging copy for social posts, product descriptions, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns and storytelling
- Shoot and edit videos or coordinate with editors to produce high-quality content
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and engagement
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches)
- Manage product listings, stock updates, and promotions on Shopee, Lazada, and the website

Qualifications to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience managing remote moderators and community management teams.

Monitor web traffic, bounce rates, and user behaviour using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting Track, measure, and report marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital tools to optimize marketing efforts and conduct A/B testing on ads, content, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media management.
- Experience in the service industry (cleaning, home assistance, or on-demand platforms) is a plus. ·
- In-depth knowledge of social media and email marketing best practices to drive engagement and conversions. ·
