A business development associate is a significant member of a company's growth strategy – responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
• B chelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
• E fective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. < r>• A ility to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. < r>• A ept in networking, project management and problem-solving. < r>• P ssess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth. < r>• A ility to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other team

Be our go-to person when navigating crises or urgent issues in government relations, managing them swiftly and effectively to protect the company’s best interests. What you'll Need to Succeed:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline. At least 7 years of relevant experience in government relations. Experience in the OTA, technology, or internet industries would be an advantage. Proven ability to engage effectively with government agencies and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Strong awareness of public policy and political environments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate persuasively and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in cross-cultural settings and with diverse teams. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage but not required.
