We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry, looking for Head of Marketing to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the resorts overall marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
- Oversee both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and positioning Monkey Canopy as a premier family-friendly destination.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI through data-driven planning and campaign performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, F&B, events) to create integrated marketing initiatives that enhance guest experience and promote attractions, dining, and accommodations.
- Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Represent the brand at key events, partnerships, and media opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- At least a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry is an added advantage.
- Strong skills in digital marketing (social media, SEO, online campaigns).
- Good understanding of traditional marketing and branding.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical, creative, and able to adapt to market changes.
- Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
