Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and updating content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Support end-to-end digital campaigns, including audience targeting, crafting messaging, and channel selection.
- Help coordinate with partners to develop joint campaigns and promotions.
- Manage and monitor marketing campaign budgets for efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the operations team to maintain service quality and consistent promotion efforts.
- Collaborate with business development teams to align marketing activities with client engagement goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide strategic recommendations.
- Assist with additional tasks, including research, reporting, and ad hoc projects as needed.

Overview:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing and optimizing MizuMi’s marketing strategies in Malaysia. This role involves content planning, trend analysis, influencer management, and product launch coordination to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content plans for MizuMi’s social media channels.
- Create and design engaging content tailored to local market trends in Bahasa, English, and Chinese.
- Analyze social media trends to produce up-to-date, relevant content.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
KOL & KOC Management:
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) who align with MizuMi’s brand image.
- Develop briefing materials and content guidelines for influencers.
- Manage relationships with KOLs/KOCs and ensure their deliverables meet brand expectations.
- Work with agencies to ensure expected results are achieved.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize future partnerships.
Campaign & Product Launch Planning:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches, both online and offline.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.
- Support offline activations, including in-store promotions and brand events.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian social media trends and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Bahasa, English, and Chinese.
- Ability to analyze data and consumer insights to optimize content strategy.
- Experience working with KOLs/KOCs and marketing agencies is an advantage.

- Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute Super Kids Club events ensuring they align with our brand’s vision and provide a positive, memorable experience for families.

- Assist with coordination and general logistics for internal events and online classes, including managing inventory, vendor coordination, and transportation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all operational aspects are aligned and support the smooth delivery of all events.
- Administrative & Reporting
- Track event / online classes budgets and ensure expenses align with financial goals.
- Prepare reports on event performance, marketing initiatives, and campaign ROI.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role, ideally within the motherhood, parenting, or children’s events space.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and KPI.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems is a plus.

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Campaign handler candidate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. You thrive at the intersection of data analysis, creative strategy, and flawless execution, and you are excited to test new ad formats and channels to meet—and exceed—performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Set strategies, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. Coordinate end-to-end implementation, including GA4 configuration, UTM tagging, and cross-platform tracking.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, drawing actionable insights to guide budget allocation and creative adjustments.
CRM & User Journeys:
- Develop and manage CRM strategies (email marketing, drip sequences, push notifications) to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Map out user journeys and optimize lifecycle communications based on segmentation and data behaviour.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with creative, branding, content, and technology teams to ensure messaging consistency and seamless user experiences. Liaise with brand PICs to explore new advertising channels, test innovative ad formats (e.g., Reels, carousels, short-form video), and support A/B testing.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging ad platforms, and algorithm changes. Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline campaign workflows and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Supermetrics for data analysis and visualisation.
Advertising Platforms:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager), and TikTok Ads Manager. Familiarity with basic SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar).
CRM Tools:
- Practical experience using one or more CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Basic knowledge of project management tools such as slack, Jira, and etc.
- Working familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie).
