We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive bTaskee’s online growth in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and optimize online service bookings. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the home services industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and implement digital campaigns/roadshow events to market and promote the brand. Create awareness and grow the service bookings ratio.
- Plan, execute comprehensive media plans incorporating multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, mobile marketing, and content marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
- Optimize Google Ads, Social Media Ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and etc), email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Hubspot), and specialized platforms such as Reddit or Quora based on our target audience.
- Also, other paid advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve campaign effectiveness and work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Utilize market research and industry insights to shape data-driven campaign strategies and optimize performance.
- Social Media & Content Marketing Manage and grow bTaskee’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content (videos, infographics, blogs, social media posts) to attract and retain customers, plus collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital partners to enhance brand credibility. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media to maintain strong engagement.
- SEO & Website Optimization Improve website ranking through SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization and enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates on the website and mobile app. Localize and optimize bTaskee’s website to improve search rankings and user experience. Monitor web traffic, bounce rates, and user behaviour using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting Track, measure, and report marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital tools to optimize marketing efforts and conduct A/B testing on ads, content, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media management.
- Experience in the service industry (cleaning, home assistance, or on-demand platforms) is a plus. ·
- In-depth knowledge of social media and email marketing best practices to drive engagement and conversions. ·
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite for campaign optimization. ·
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. ·
- Familiarity with training tools and techniques is an advantage. ·
- Good command of English and Malay.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: ·
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. ·
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. ·
- Experience with content creation, influencer marketing, and video production. ·
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data analysis tools. ·
- Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). ·
- Strong content and copywriting skills. ·
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. ·
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do
- Craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including: Ad copies that convert, Landing page content to boost sign-ups and sales, Video scripts & storyboard for Ads, headlines, banners, and creative concepts for campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and optimize full- funnel online paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
- Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.
- Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.
- Build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns—from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze performance data and generate insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate internally with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized content.
- Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform trends and ad policies to ensure all campaigns are compliant.
- Work with project team to understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken ) — the role requires creating content and engaging with audiences in both languages.
- Experience in performance marketing, especially lead generation.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and data tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GTM, analytics).
- Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics, bidding strategies, and targeting tactics.
- Strong grasp of landing page platforms (e.g., GHL, Clickfunnel) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly)
- Comfortable managing large budgets and tracking end-to-end user behavior.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Bonus: Already using AI for research, campaign planning, or creative tasks—or hungry to learn.

Developing and Executing Campaigns: Creating and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Baidu, and Naver, to attract and convert potential customers.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement and leveraging AI to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data-Driven Insights: Setting up robust analytics tracking to collect accurate data, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Lead Generation: Conducting lead scraping and creating engaging landing page content to expand our lead database and drive conversions.

Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist proficient in managing Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads campaigns.
You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across these platforms to drive effective user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. You should have a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Conduct thorough audience analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad copies.
- Work with graphic designer & video editors to create visuals that align with brand guidelines and drive conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of advertising principles and best practices across digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
