Job Description
Location: Project sites across Malaysia (including Sarawak & Sabah)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing infrastructure projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridge and related civil construction works, with the ability to take a hands-on approach in site execution and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Oversee and coordinate construction activities related to bridges, MRT, LRT, and other large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, subcontractors, and workers.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report to the Project Manager.

Ensure effective use of resources and adherence to project timelines.

Relocate and adapt to different project sites when required.
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in bridge construction projects (experience in post-tensioning, stay cable, MRT, LRT, or similar works is essential).
- Preferably some with VSL, freyssinet, BBR, Acre Work background.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to perform hands-on site activities.
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites (including Sarawak & Sabah).
- Good communication and coordination skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for project requirements.
