**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner (Japanese Speaker), you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company.
This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
+ Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.
+ Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.
+ Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
+ Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
+ Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Recruit for entry-level to Sr level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
