As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Associate-Lead Environment Artist to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Mentorship: regular check up with team members, ability to help team members with career development.
- Artistic Direction and Quality Control: review art created by your team, both from a directional artistic and technical perspective.
- Pipeline and Technical Development: define and optimize production workflows for both asset creation and level art.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: work closely with other departments such as Level design, Lighting, Graphic programmers, Tools development, etc.
- Project and Resource Management: prioritize and delegate tasks effectively, recruitment and onboarding new team members.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: find innovative ways to push visual fidelity, along with helping develop tools and techniques to streamline production.
- Hands-on execution: allocate time to still get hands-on with creating/refining art yourself.

- Experience with game editors for asset integration and level creation. Our tools are proprietary, but familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity can translate over.

LFM Consultancy is seeking a skilled and imaginative 3D Modeler & Animator to join our multidisciplinary creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating 3D assets for use across branding activations, immersive experiences, motion content, and interactive environments.
You will collaborate with creative leads, motion designers, and technical specialists to bring both character-based and environmental concepts to life—supporting real-world activations, digital campaigns, and experimental R&D involving AI and spatial computing.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling through form, movement, and visual dynamics, especially in a fast-evolving creative studio environment.
Responsibilities are as below;- Model high-quality 3D assets including characters, objects, props, environments, and architectural elements based on project needs.
- Create and apply UV maps, textures, materials, and shaders using industry-standard pipelines.
- Rig characters and assets for animation, including blend shapes and IK/FK systems.
- Animate 3D models with attention to timing, weight, and expressive movement (both stylized and realistic).
- Export and prepare 3D animations and scenes for various outputs—pre-rendered videos, game engines (Unreal/Unity), and interactive installations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure alignment with brand vision and technical parameters.
- Optimize models for real-time rendering when necessary
- Contribute to visual R&D and style development for new projects involving AI, generative design, or reactive media.
- Diploma or Degree in 3D Animation, Multimedia Design, Game Art, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative studio, agency, post-production house, or equivalent related experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and animation projects, with a mix of stills and motion.
- Proficiency in at least one major 3D software: Blender , Cinema 4D , Maya , or 3ds Max .
- Experience in rigging and animating both organic and mechanical models.
