PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production commenced in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.

- To support operators in manufacturing products are tested in right quality, quantity based in the standardized work
- To fix minor technical issues at the manufacturing tools during the shifts
- To perform tool changeovers during the shifts, whenever products to be manufactured are changing

Job Description
- Trigger engineers in the event of non-conformities are found.
- Perform conversion inspection check according to the work instruction.
- Performing change over at the tools.
- Perform 5S for individual workstation.
- Carry out production check list for every shift.
- Participate in Production Suggestion System (PSS).
- Compulsory to understand and follow ESD procedure.
- Check required poka-yoke and give information to engineers.
- Contributing in the Systematic Continuous Improvement Process (S-CIP)
- In case of known deviation, perform technical problem solving.
- Support and advice the operators in running the manufacturing tools possibly without interruptions
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment
- Diploma qualification is a must, preferably in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production
- Able to work as a team with good teamwork and maintain a healthy working environment

- Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues.

Provide expert technical support and advice on subsea inspection and intervention requirements. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of subsea inspection programs in line with SIMS objectives. Review and interpret subsea inspection data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards. Recommend and implement appropriate intervention measures based on inspection findings. Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of SIMS services. Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Subsea Inspection Management System database and workflows. Ensure all inspection and intervention activities are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulatory requirements.

Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Subsea Inspection Management System database and workflows. Ensure all inspection and intervention activities are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirement(s):
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Subsea, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification. Knowledge of subsea systems, inspection methods (ROV, diver, NDT), and intervention techniques. Experience with Subsea Inspection Management Systems or equivalent asset integrity software.
