With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.

Job Description

Job Overview

  • To support operators in manufacturing products are tested in right quality, quantity based in the standardized work
  • To fix minor technical issues at the manufacturing tools during the shifts
  • To perform tool changeovers during the shifts, whenever products to be manufactured are changing
  • If no troubleshooting on shift is successful, to prepare required information and document it for the engineers at day shift, so that they can start additional troubleshooting

Job Description

  • Trigger engineers in the event of non-conformities are found.
  • Perform conversion inspection check according to the work instruction.
  • Performing change over at the tools.
  • Perform 5S for individual workstation.
  • Carry out production check list for every shift.
  • Participate in Production Suggestion System (PSS).
  • Compulsory to understand and follow ESD procedure.
  • Check required poka-yoke and give information to engineers.
  • Contributing in the Systematic Continuous Improvement Process (S-CIP)
  • In case of known deviation, perform technical problem solving.
  • Support and advice the operators in running the manufacturing tools possibly without interruptions
Qualifications
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment
  • Diploma qualification is a must, preferably in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production
  • Able to work as a team with good teamwork and maintain a healthy working environment
  • Able to communicate in cross functional way
  • Able to contribute the new idea for floor improvement
  • Knowledge in BPS tools, Poka-Yoke & Standardized work is an added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition, evaluation completed as per instruction and schedule, and daily or shiftly products meet schedule. Accountable to Equipment Engineering Manager.
  • Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance with the Quality Policy.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment. Perform PM on equipment to minimize unscheduled downtime.
  • Supervise DL to meet daily or shiftly volume. Improve process and equipment to ensure highest possible performance and optimize cycle time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support for Coda's platform to users, in-house developers, and global partners across various communication channels.
  • Monitor platform health and service availability using internal tools and dashboards; proactively identify and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues.
  • Assess, triage, and manage technical and functional inquiries from global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support cases concurrently, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders in QA testing to validate functionality and ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Identify, investigate, and document incidents; escalate critical issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams when needed.
  • Take ownership of incident response processes, including detection, impact analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of response teams, and post-incident reviews.
  • Contribute to continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors.
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and software development processes.

. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support for

Coda's platform

to users, in-house developers, and global partners across various communication channels. Monitor platform health and service availability using internal tools and dashboards; proactively identify and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues. Assess, triage, and manage technical and functional inquiries from global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution. Manage and prioritize multiple support cases concurrently, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence. Assist internal and external stakeholders in

QA testing

to validate functionality and ensure system reliability and performance. Identify, investigate, and document incidents; escalate critical issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams when needed. Take ownership of incident response processes, including detection, impact analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of response teams, and post-incident reviews. Contribute to continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency. Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors. Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory. Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues. Exceptional attention to detail, along with effective problem-solving and time-management skills. Basic understanding of programming languages and software development processes. Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed. Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms for incident tracking and resolution. Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Subsea Inspection Management System database and workflows. Ensure all inspection and intervention activities are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirement(s):

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Subsea, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification. Knowledge of subsea systems, inspection methods (ROV, diver, NDT), and intervention techniques. Experience with Subsea Inspection Management Systems or equivalent asset integrity software.
