  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team (internal and external stakeholders) by providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Ensure optimal level of customer services and provide efficient training to all staff members and ensure effective deliverables.
  • Coordinate with client programme management and analyse client requirements to resolve various operational issues.
  • Maintain and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in global operations/standard and maintain consistency in same.
Job Requirements
  • 8+ years in operations within healthcare/dental or other regulated products, including 5+ years leading multi-site or regional teams.
  • Direct experience running end-to-end treatment planning, fabrication and delivery for clear aligners or similar custom medical products.
  • Proven record of improving speed, quality, on-time delivery, and unit cost at scale.
  • Strong people leader: hires well, sets clear goals, coaches managers, and builds a high-performance culture.
  • Solid planning and execution across production, inventory, suppliers, and logistics (including cross-border).
  • Confident with data and dashboards; uses facts to set targets, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Works effectively with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to launch and scale new products.
  • Maintains high standards of quality and compliance across all sites.

What You’ll Do:
  • Craft detailed designs for crowns, bridges, and dentures using advanced CAD software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad).
  • Collaborate closely with dental technicians and dentists to bring designs to life.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by learning new software features and dental materials.
  • Troubleshoot design challenges and refine creations based on feedback.
  • Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Training or certification in Dental Technology or CAD Design (experience is a plus, but we’ll provide training!).
  • A keen understanding of dental anatomy and design principles.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (like 3Shape or Exocad) and a passion for digital dentistry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Bonus points for experience with 3D printing or CNC milling!
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital dentistry or CAD design, with a preference for candidates who have worked in dental labs or with dental professionals.
  • Certification or training in Dental Technology, CAD Design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software such as 3Shape or Exocad, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Familiarity with dental anatomy and design principles, with a focus on crowns, bridges, and dentures.
  • Experience with 3D printing or CNC milling is a bonus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to refine designs based on feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with dental technicians and dentists effectively.
