Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and optimising our global operations strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our clear aligners dental treatment services in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for managing various aspects of the operations, including supply chain management, production, quality control, logistics, and customer service to ensure delivery of completed clear aligners to customers, worldwide.
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring timely and high-quality manufacturing of clear aligners while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain high quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operations.

  • Coordinate with client programme management and analyse client requirements to resolve various operational issues.

Job Requirements
  • 8+ years in operations within healthcare/dental or other regulated products, including 5+ years leading multi-site or regional teams.
  • Direct experience running end-to-end treatment planning, fabrication and delivery for clear aligners or similar custom medical products.
  • Proven record of improving speed, quality, on-time delivery, and unit cost at scale.
  • Strong people leader: hires well, sets clear goals, coaches managers, and builds a high-performance culture.
  • Solid planning and execution across production, inventory, suppliers, and logistics (including cross-border).
  • Confident with data and dashboards; uses facts to set targets, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
