Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements:
- achelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in Singapore’s construction industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success managing projects valued at SGD 5M or more.
- Well-versed in BCA Green Mark Certification standards and BIM workflows.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication capabilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) and CAD software (such as Revit and AutoCAD).

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in electrical/power design for high-voltage substations (33kV/132kV/275kV), preferably with data centre project delivery exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HV/MV distribution systems, data centre projects, and protection studies.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with mechanical HVAC design software such as IES is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, or Malay is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local utility/authority regulations and procedures (e.g., TNB) preferred.

- Prepare feasibility reports and strategy papers.
- Support proposal development and internal risk checks.
- Build internal relationships and enhance your professional brand.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, with backgrounds in accounting, finance, investment banking, project management, or engineering.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and team spirit.
- Professional qualifications like CPA, CA, CFA, or postgraduate degrees are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PowerBI or Alteryx is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
