**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Sr. construction scheduler is responsible for reviewing /analyzing the General Contractors' schedules and reporting schedule health to the Director, Global Scheduling and other stakeholders. + Fully versed in critical path scheduling requirements for construction projects.
+ Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
+ Advanced demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to understand, build, and approve/accept schedules produced by contractors.
+ Experience with earned value management and ability to utilize it in internal reporting.
+ Experience in reviewing time impact analysis and recovery schedules.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities based on the business needs.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Assist the Asia Pacific Real Estate Portfolio Manager.
+ Support real estate and facilities activities for over 60 sites across Asia Pacific (excluding China)
+ Evaluate real estate options and their financial impacts.
+ Assist in managing property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
+ Management of external real estate service providers.
+ Work with senior leaders to ensure the real estate team is the go-to contact for property transactions.
