**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Sr. construction scheduler is responsible for reviewing /analyzing the General Contractors' schedules and reporting schedule health to the Director, Global Scheduling and other stakeholders. This will include working closely with NTT's Construction Team and General Contractors to ensure scheduling best practices are applied across NTT GDC APAC. The construction scheduler will also assist in analyzing schedule delays by reviewing the General Contractors' Time Impact Analysis. This position will play an important role in providing data driven input to support NTT's predictability. The Sr. Construction Scheduler will be responsible for collecting as built data and working with the scheduling team in developing schedule standards and benchmarks.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leads the baseline establishment efforts by partnering with NTT's general contractors.
+ Reviews General Contractors' project schedules to identify potential concerns/issues with a focus on mitigation.
+ Develops monthly internal reports and communicate schedule risks with the project stakeholders.
+ Creates schedule what-if scenarios to influence and drive decision making.
+ Creates and maintains high-level internal schedules and ensures NTT delivers the planned capacity on time.
+ Communicates schedule health with project key stakeholders.
+ Implements scheduling best practices and drives standardization across the program.
+ Develops scheduling key performance indicators and creates scheduling dashboards. Communicate schedule health with the project key stakeholders.
+ Reviews Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to the construction team and general contractors.
+ Partners closely with NTT GDCA preconstruction, design, supply chain, and project management to plan the project and maintain control through the project life cycle.
+ Leads schedule meetings with the construction team and general contractors.
+ Performs any other related task as required.
**Knowledge and Attributes:**
+ Fully versed in critical path scheduling requirements for construction projects.
+ Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
+ Advanced demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to understand, build, and approve/accept schedules produced by contractors.
+ Experience with earned value management and ability to utilize it in internal reporting.
+ Experience in reviewing time impact analysis and recovery schedules.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities based on the business needs.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
+ Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business, or Engineering.
+ 10 years experience with construction scheduling responsibilities, that include schedule development, schedule analysis, earned value analysis, and forensic scheduling.
+ Experience with Data Centers or high-tech construction projects is preferred.
+ PSP or PMP certified is preferred.
**Working Condition:**
+ Standard office; Data Center environment with varying temperatures and loud noises; extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
+ This role is expected to be remote with an occasional need to be on-site and/or construction jobsite.

+ Be responsible for verification of Safety tests, communication with external test laboratories, analysis of test results, and generating test report

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Minimum 5 years experience in Safety test, design, or multinational certification

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Assist the Asia Pacific Real Estate Portfolio Manager.
+ Support real estate and facilities activities for over 60 sites across Asia Pacific (excluding China)
+ Evaluate real estate options and their financial impacts.
+ Assist in managing property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
+ Management of external real estate service providers.
+ Work with senior leaders to ensure the real estate team is the go-to contact for property transactions.
+ Support industrial location decisions for GE HealthCare businesses.
+ Manage/oversee space planning and projects for GEHC manufacturing sites in the region.
+ Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly transactions.
+ Assist in preparation of documents such as statements of requirement, due diligence reports, RFPs, LOIs, lease agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
+ Support strategies to reduce costs and improve the real estate footprint and employee experience.
+ Assist in managing external brokers, suppliers, and consultants.
+ Build relationships with regional business units and other GE HealthCare functions.
+ Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for real estate transactions.
+ Participate in meetings and reviews to track progress.
+ Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
+ Support real estate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
+ Oversee Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across 10 countries
+ Coordinate with regional teams to implement best practices and optimize facility operations.
+ Manage the forecast, application and reporting of the operational based and project based budget including real estate budget, IFM budget, project P&E budget and AR application.
+ Monitor and track energy cost reduction measures.
+ Act as a point of contact for specific projects and coordinate resources.
+ Leverage GEHC tools to manage various databases and reporting.
+ Implement best practices and support the rollout of GE HealthCare's Workplace Playbook **Required Qualifications:**
+ +/-5yrs experience in real estate or a related field.
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with major in business management, finance, construction, architecture.
+ Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
+ Collaborative and flexible working style.
+ Knowledge of office, industrial, and lab properties.
+ Good Excel / Power Point / Word & general computer skills
+ Willingness to learn and work in a global or multi-country setting. **Desired Characteristics:**

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our dynamic civil engineering team. Reporting directly to the Asia BIM Lead, this role is central to advancing our BIM production capabilities and driving digital innovation across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary design production and BIM deliverables.
 - Lead BIM coordination efforts to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration.
 - Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and documentation in compliance with ISO 19650 and project-specific requirements.
 - Support and promote automation initiatives, including generative design and parametric modelling.
 - Collaborate with project stakeholders, design leads, and BIM teams to facilitate efficient information exchange and digital collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years specializing in CAD/BIM production.
 - Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, and OpenBuildings; experience with rendering software like Twinmotion or Lumion is highly desirable.
 - In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution plans, and digital delivery processes.
 - Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model coordination, clash detection, and federated model management.
 - Strong background in digital workflows and automation, with scripting skills in Dynamo or Python.
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively guide and support project teams.
