**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's R&D/Product Development Engineering Teams conceive original ideas for new products, introduce them into practice. They are responsible for product development, and qualification from market definition through production and release; assist in the qualification of suppliers for new products to ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services for new or improved manufacturing processes; conduct feasibility studies, testing on new and modified designs; direct and support detailed design, testing, prototype fabrication and manufacturing ramp. **Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist/Support Engineers to ensure designs implement proper technologies while meeting manufacturing, cost, and timing goals.
+ Work directly with internal teams to identify requirements, establish design expectations, and meet agreed upon design, performance, and goals for projects.
+ Assist Mechanical engineers in maintaining project timelines to ensure all key deliverables are met.
+ Coordinate activities to accomplish prototype and pilot production runs to mature the design of components and assemblies and meet customer needs for finished material.
+ Perform risk assessment tests and use results to improve design and reduce risks before reaching manufacturing.
+ Perform qualification tests & write technical reports on significant findings.
+ Work with departments in obtaining samples and test data and provide with information to prepare datasheet/ customer drawing.
**Requirements**
+ Personal computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE and relational database.
+ Experienced Solidworks/ Creo user preferred.
+ Mechanic Simulation experience a plus
+ Good communication skills (verbal & written)
+ Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
+ Ability to work toward defined objectives with necessary supervision

**Job Overview:**

Sr Process Engineer - Automation

**Job Description**
**Summary:**
Conduct new equipment introduction (automation) and set the equipment Maintenance plan and machine operation instruction, support Process ME ( Cable and Cable Assembly) team for the new product pilot run with the objective of meeting production requirements and ensure the machine stability on production within Engineering policies, procedures and systems.
**Responsibilities** :
**Manufacturing Process Development**
(i) Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
(ii) Coordinate Design for Manufacturing(DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(PFMEA) with core team members.
(iii) Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.
(iv) Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action(FACA) form.
(v) Continuous manufacturing process improvement with TEOA tools for cost reduction.
**Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development**
(i) Evaluate new tool, fixture and equipment demand/cost for new projects;
(ii) Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting TE engineering and EHS requirement.
(iii) Upload all tooling prints to TE data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)
(iv) Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.
(v) Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment.
**Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment**
(i) Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM,
(ii) Follow up the documentations for qualification, using TE standdard format and follow up the aproval.
(iii) Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.
**Technician Guidance**
Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded."
**Requirements** :
- Mechanical engineering related background, bachelor degree or above.
- 8+ years working experiences in related field.
- Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proficient ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) Engineer with a strong background in data center cooling systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, specifying, and overseeing the implementation of critical cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed cooling load calculations and psychrometric analysis to size and select appropriate HVAC/ACMV systems for data center environments.
  • Design and specify cooling solutions, including Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAHs), Chilled Water Systems, DX systems, and containment strategies.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements from contractors.
  • Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to temperature control, humidity, and airflow management.
  • Work closely with electrical and BMS teams to ensure integrated system performance.
  • Ensure all designs and implementations meet industry best practices and energy efficiency goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC design and project execution, preferably within data centers or critical facilities.
  • Plus: Strong experience in performing cooling load calculations using software (e.g., HAP, CYBERQUIP) and manual methods.
  • Experience with prefabricated cooling modules is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and a strong understanding of data center resilience and redundancy concepts.
