As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. You will be the focal point, ensuring effective co-ordinational and alignment across all stakeholders involved in the delivery of software products, including Senior Management, Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and more. Working in a fast-paced and agile environment, you will be responsible for the iterative delivery of value, with continuous feedback from customers and our business partners. Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for product delivery and ensuring continuous value flow to both customers and the business.

  • Leads rolling roadmap planning, estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and change management using a lean delivery model.

  • Facilitates agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, walk-the-wall sessions, and project updates to ensure work is visible, coordinated, and progressing.

  • Coordinates cross-functional team activities, proactively manages dependencies, and ensures priorities are clear and visible at all times.

  • Monitors work-in-progress (WIP), removes internal roadblocks, and eliminates external blockers to maintain smooth delivery flow.

  • Tracks and reports progress through burndowns and project health metrics, communicating status, issues, and actions clearly to stakeholders.

  • Keeps senior leadership informed on timelines, risks, scope, and budget, escalating when necessary to protect delivery outcomes.

  • Drives continuous improvement, facilitates retrospectives, supports team ways of working, and mentors junior team members.

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Over 10 years of experience in product delivery, with 8+ years in Technical Project Management across global teams and projects.

  • Proven expertise in applying Lean and Agile methodologies to software product and SaaS delivery initiatives.

  • Holds a Project Management certification or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Skilled in managing onshore-offshore project models and working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and other product/project management platforms.

  • Actively mentors and supports junior team members, fostering growth and best practices.

  • Responsible for the detailed planning and execution of the multi-year phased services migration (JomPAY, FPX, DuitNow et al) to the Future State Architecture with minimal downtime from a systems perspective.
  • Keep abreast on emerging systems technologies which may be appropriate for adoption which would supplement our agility and provide the foundation to execute organization goals in an expedited manner.
  • Acts as the deployment lead for the design, installation, operation, service and maintenance of any BAU systems solution and implementation (across various layers).
  • May lead systems integration with external entities to ensure a successful implementation, when necessary.
  • Participates in any computer emergency response team in response to various security incidents such as denial-of-service attacks, malware infestations and internal fraud attempts.
  • To build the foundation to facilitate automated patch updates across the infrastructure.
  • To build and enhance the systems monitoring capability: capacity, response and service degradation.
  • To maintain an accurate record reflecting the current and historical systems settings including the decision-making rationale for said configuration.
  • To inculcate the best practices, operational discipline and guidelines across the systems team.
  • To participate in yearly audit exercises and ensure requirements are adhered to at all times.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

  • To participate in other working groups of small projects undertaken by the division on issues with regards to Systems Architecture & Design.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a high pressured System Integrator environment – exceptional self starters will be considered.
  • RHCE or Linux Professional Institute certification would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the IT banking and Telecommunications sector would be an added advantage.

Technical Qualifications

  • Advanced level knowledge across RedHat Linux and Windows Server OS platforms.
  • Experienced architecting and designing from ground zero a resilient, highly available and low latency infrastructure on a VMware (ESXI) or RedHat Virtualization (RHV) platform.
  • Must be adept at programming in at lebackuast one language: Python, Ruby, Perl or advanced shell scripting.
  • Mandatory experience performing systems automation using Ansible (preferable) / Chef / Puppet to drive any of the following: system deployment, operating system hardening, software management or patch deployment in a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment fashion.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE, NETWORK PLANNING:

  • Accountable for identifying, evaluating, and developing new flying opportunities. Assess route performance factors such as demand, growth trends, market fare, competition, costs, and commercial strength. Provide management with researched business cases supported by P&L forecasts for route and fleet decisions.
  • Review route network performance to detect profitability gaps and suggest data-driven solutions to stakeholders across Revenue Management, Scheduling, Sales, and Operations for corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics including ethnic connections, labor movements, tourism trends, geopolitical changes, competitor actions, network updates, frequency changes, and gauge adjustments.
  • Represent AirAsia Group Network Planning in internal and external stakeholder engagements, including weekly updates, monthly CEO reviews, annual budgets, vendor management, conferences, market visits, and airport collaborations.
  • Manage Network Planning data and information, ensuring correct and timely dissemination of files such as the Group Route Rollout and Frequency Table, and respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, statistics, economics, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in Airline/Aviation, Network Planning, Revenue Management, or Commercial/Sales.
  • Management consulting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of airline network planning, scheduling, revenue management, sales & distribution, and airline economics.
  • Experience with network planning software and airline data sources like PaxIS/MIDT, OAG/Innovata, Infare, and AR.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and database tools like SQL, Big Query, or Tableau.

Job Description

Head of Data Management section responsible for test data integrity and improvement. Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standards through SBA control, test program management, test recipes, test data availability, and quality. Define data needs, infrastructural requirements, synchronization, and the overall landscape for test data as the data steward role. Promote the use of DMAIC systematic and statistical tools to drive yield and quality improvement projects. Involve intensively, supervise, and assist yield leads on yield improvement activities through reporting, data analytics, statistics, and automation.


Job Description


In your new role, you will:

  1. Support PTE section head in driving performance deliverables mainly in Quality, Productivity, and Speed, contributing to department and Melaka site targets.
  2. Customize scripts and automate features on existing data analytics tools to improve efficiency.
  3. Develop auto anomaly detection tools based on statistical methodologies. Automate KPI dashboards and data analysis, manage large production datasets, and provide data analysis to improve manufacturing success rates (yield, quality).
  4. Set up and automate KPI, monitoring, analysis reports, and dashboards.
  5. Establish systematic processes to ensure product reliability through test program management and data governance.
  6. Support fast manufacturing data requisitions on ad-hoc requests from Operations and Quality departments.
  7. Provide feedback, propose, and interface with FI/IT/Cluster colleagues on tool enhancements to meet section targets.
  8. Collaborate with PTE/YM/UPE/EE to drive data analytics and yield improvement, reducing LOH rate and cycle time.
  9. Participate in data governance by creating data definitions and usage guidelines to ensure data consistency across systems.
  10. Support cluster PTE projects as technical or implementation lead.

Your Profile


You are best equipped if you have:

  • A technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or relevant discipline.
  • ≥ 8 years of manufacturing experience with knowledge of databases, and statistical software packages (Oracle, Python, R, SQL, etc.).
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., JMP), workflow automation tools (KNIME), data visualization tools (Tableau), and DMAIC methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across functional areas (e.g., quality, test process).
  • Knowledge of big data technologies.
  • Experience retrieving large data sets directly from MES systems.
  • Familiarity with BE process functionality and baseline.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Oracle databases, UNIX servers, and SQL Developer.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
