As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. Drives continuous improvement, facilitates retrospectives, supports team ways of working, and mentors junior team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Over 10 years of experience in product delivery, with 8+ years in Technical Project Management across global teams and projects.
Proven expertise in applying Lean and Agile methodologies to software product and SaaS delivery initiatives.
Holds a Project Management certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Skilled in managing onshore-offshore project models and working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and other product/project management platforms.
Actively mentors and supports junior team members, fostering growth and best practices.

- Future State Architecture will cover the following minimally: product selection of compute, fiber-channel storage arrays, enterprise backup appliances, physical and logical placement of systems elements, design and implementation of ancillary tools and services such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, Terraform, Vagrant, Postgres + Corosync, Postfix, DHCP, DNS, NTP, Grafana and syslog collectors among others.
- Responsible for the detailed planning and execution of the multi-year phased services migration (JomPAY, FPX, DuitNow et al) to the Future State Architecture with minimal downtime from a systems perspective.
- Keep abreast on emerging systems technologies which may be appropriate for adoption which would supplement our agility and provide the foundation to execute organization goals in an expedited manner.
- Acts as the deployment lead for the design, installation, operation, service and maintenance of any BAU systems solution and implementation (across various layers).
- May lead systems integration with external entities to ensure a successful implementation, when necessary.
- Participates in any computer emergency response team in response to various security incidents such as denial-of-service attacks, malware infestations and internal fraud attempts.
- To build the foundation to facilitate automated patch updates across the infrastructure.
- To build and enhance the systems monitoring capability: capacity, response and service degradation.
- To maintain an accurate record reflecting the current and historical systems settings including the decision-making rationale for said configuration.
- To inculcate the best practices, operational discipline and guidelines across the systems team.

- To participate in other working groups of small projects undertaken by the division on issues with regards to Systems Architecture & Design.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a high pressured System Integrator environment – exceptional self starters will be considered.
- RHCE or Linux Professional Institute certification would be an added advantage.
- Experience in the IT banking and Telecommunications sector would be an added advantage.
Technical Qualifications
- Advanced level knowledge across RedHat Linux and Windows Server OS platforms.
- Experienced architecting and designing from ground zero a resilient, highly available and low latency infrastructure on a VMware (ESXI) or RedHat Virtualization (RHV) platform.
- Must be adept at programming in at lebackuast one language: Python, Ruby, Perl or advanced shell scripting.
- Mandatory experience performing systems automation using Ansible (preferable) / Chef / Puppet to drive any of the following: system deployment, operating system hardening, software management or patch deployment in a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment fashion.

Job Description
In your new role, you will:
- Support PTE section head in driving performance deliverables mainly in Quality, Productivity, and Speed, contributing to department and Melaka site targets.
- Customize scripts and automate features on existing data analytics tools to improve efficiency.
- Develop auto anomaly detection tools based on statistical methodologies. Automate KPI dashboards and data analysis, manage large production datasets, and provide data analysis to improve manufacturing success rates (yield, quality).
- Set up and automate KPI, monitoring, analysis reports, and dashboards.
- Establish systematic processes to ensure product reliability through test program management and data governance.
- Support fast manufacturing data requisitions on ad-hoc requests from Operations and Quality departments.
- Provide feedback, propose, and interface with FI/IT/Cluster colleagues on tool enhancements to meet section targets.
- Collaborate with PTE/YM/UPE/EE to drive data analytics and yield improvement, reducing LOH rate and cycle time.
- Participate in data governance by creating data definitions and usage guidelines to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Support cluster PTE projects as technical or implementation lead.
Your Profile
You are best equipped if you have:
- A technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- ≥ 8 years of manufacturing experience with knowledge of databases, and statistical software packages (Oracle, Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., JMP), workflow automation tools (KNIME), data visualization tools (Tableau), and DMAIC methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across functional areas (e.g., quality, test process).
- Knowledge of big data technologies.
- Experience retrieving large data sets directly from MES systems.
- Familiarity with BE process functionality and baseline.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Oracle databases, UNIX servers, and SQL Developer.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
