As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. Responsibilities:

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Over 10 years of experience in product delivery, with 8+ years in Technical Project Management across global teams and projects.

  • Proven expertise in applying Lean and Agile methodologies to software product and SaaS delivery initiatives.

  • Holds a Project Management certification or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Skilled in managing onshore-offshore project models and working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and other product/project management platforms.

  • Actively mentors and supports junior team members, fostering growth and best practices.

Job Purpose :

As a security engineer, you will work in a team to ensure security-related services. The primary focus is technical, managing day-to-day operations of security devices such as WAF/API Protection (WAAP), DDoS protection, in a multi-hybrid cloud environment. You should have a technical background with knowledge of implementation, configuration, and management of these solutions. Staying updated on new technologies and trends is essential. Fluency in German is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Provide 2nd level security network support for Frankfurt/Kelsterbach Datacenter
  • Manage WAF, reporting, and monitoring environments
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain WAF solutions with API protection on-premises or in multi-cloud
  • Create WAF rules and signatures to mitigate threats and follow best practices
  • Understand DDoS protection strategies and manage mitigation efforts
  • Handle requests, incidents, changes, and problems in the security network environment
  • Support migration projects
  • Participate in weekend, public holiday, and on-call support when required
  • Contribute as an effective team player in an agile environment

Main Skills :

1) Security networking knowledge with 3-8 years of experience, including WAF/API protection or BotM; high level of knowledge. Tasks include understanding WAF techniques, creating WAF rules, signatures, and mitigation mechanisms. Knowledge of TCP/IP, web protocols, and vulnerabilities.

2) Security networking knowledge with 3-5 years of experience in DDoS protection on-premises or in the cloud; high level of knowledge. Tasks include understanding DDoS and mitigation mechanisms, OWASP Top 10, risks, vulnerabilities, and DDoS monitoring/logging (SYSLOG, SIEM).

3) Familiarity with Agile methods, JIRA, and experience in Windows, Linux, Unix environments; good knowledge. Tasks include working within agile teams and using JIRA effectively.

Personal Skills :

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
  • High responsibility, team ability, and initiative
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with enthusiasm for solving complex problems and learning new topics
  • Willingness to participate in on-call services and travel to foreign locations

Job Title

Network Security Engineer

Primary Functions

  • To provide implementation service including managing customers and timeline.
  • To obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
  • To help customers in matching requirement into product/solutions.
  • To provide workable (or alternative) solution based on customer’s requirement.
  • To conduct Product Hands-on Training to customers and partners
  • To be able to carry out installation and configuration by reading manual when given a new product when there is no prior training given.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working after office hours, Sat/Sun/Public

Holidays, from time to time, would be expected.

Secondary Functions

  • To support Sales personnel in sales process, e.g. product features/functionalities clarification, implementation consideration, tender compliance, etc.
  • To work closely with Sales personnel to help manage a few strategic accounts
  • To conduct POC to secure sales.
  • The above functions will be based on products/solutions that company distributes.

Requirements

  • Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Hands-on experience on LAN/WAN and security solutions would be an advantage. (Those without can be considered for a junior position)
  • Familiar with functionalities of IP networks & routing protocol, BGP, OSPF, DNS, AD, Proxy, etc.
  • Ability to work independently but still a team player.
  • Territory Qualification preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Proxy, Anti-spam, VMware, Load Balancer would be an advantage.
  • Those without can be considered for a junior position
  • Product certification like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE, Bluecoat BCCPP, Brocade BCNP/BCLP would be advantage. *Those without can be considered for a junior position
  • Singaporean or PR

Responsibilities :

Network Security product Web Application Firewall, Endpoint Detection and Response, Network IPS, Network APT, NAC.

Provide day-to-day operation support for any network security request/incident/hands-on/enhancement.

Responsible for the provisioning, configuration and administrative for any network security solution.

To identify, protect, detect, response, recover for any network threat detected accross network security solution.

Provide comprehensive network security policy based on the best practice and on demand to ensure secured and protected.

Managing vendor for any tech refresh,exploring feature,support for any network security solution.

Involving operation process to ensure all deliverables task completed.

Comprehensive report and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and minimum of 5 years of networking related experience such as network design, analysis or network management and
minimum of 5 years of experience in network security including design, analysis and IT security network management.

1. Highly skilled in 3 or more Technical Skillset -IPS, WAF, Browser Isolation, Email ATP, DDOS Protection, NAC ,SWG
2. Expertise in designing and implementing complex
network security solutions to counteract various threats.
3. Has deep knowledge of advanced security protocols,
encryption techniques, and can handle complex network security incidents.

4. Can design and implement security architectures, manage network security audits, and manage infrastructure and complex security incidents.
5. Strong ability to interact inter department to ensure deliverables are handled in timely manner.
