As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Service Automation Platforms & Transformation team and lead significant change projects in the IT Service Management area across the group.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale change and transformation projects. This role requires exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders and users effectively as well as technical knowledge to manage all workstreams. You will join us on a journey to simplify and modernize our Service Management Platforms and drive transformation.

Your role:


  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects in the Service Management space, largely focused on ServiceNow tooling.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns and ensure user satisfaction and adoption of new solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support during and after the tool introduction.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Ensure effective communication and coordination within the project team.
  • Collaborate on creation of a product road map based on the defined requirements and priorities.
  • Liaise with IT technical teams, product owners, and business users to deliver updates and report projects progress.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field.
  • 8+ years in project management, with experience in the digitalization industry being a plus
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural teams.
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management technologies. ServiceNow experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and users.
  • Experienced in Change and Roll-out Management related to new technologies with global scope.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills.
  • High intercultural experience (working across teams globally).
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to contribute to a high-profile offshore energy project. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role focuses on marine process systems and involves full lifecycle participation - from design and specification through construction, commissioning, and offshore handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project-specific requirements and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, classification society rules, and regulatory obligations.
  • Develop engineering design philosophies, process specifications, data sheets, and calculations.
  • Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, and process documents including flare and blowdown reports, heat and material balances, control descriptions, line lists, and utility summaries.
  • Evaluate technical bids from suppliers and provide process-related assessments in coordination with the lead engineer.
  • Provide input to package engineering by reviewing supplier documentation and identifying technical compliance and gaps.

Position Overview:

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Huawei’s Digital Power Data Center projects, focusing on civil building construction and critical infrastructure systems. This role includes managing modular data center construction, intelligent power supply, cooling systems, and infrastructure deployment. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery for clients in telecom, finance, government, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans covering the building civil construction, infrastructure systems (power, cooling, cabling), and equipment installation milestones.

• Oversee all civil building construction activities, ensuring structures, lighting, fire protection, and environmental monitoring systems comply with design specifications and safety standards.

• Manage installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure components including power distribution units (UPS, PDUs, backup power), cooling systems (CRAC units, chilled water systems), server cabinets, cabling infrastructure, security, and environmental sensors.

• Coordinate deployment and integration of Smart Power Supply solutions (UPS, SmartLi, PowerPod) and Smart Cooling technologies, validating energy efficiency goals such as PUE and automation system performance.

• Utilize Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms such as NetEco6000 to monitor project progress, identify risks proactively, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Align multiple stakeholders from civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, IT, and customer teams to ensure clear scope definition, resource allocation, and smooth task coordination.

• Manage subcontractor teams, including monitoring labor hours, safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to project schedules.

• Conduct quality audits throughout construction and commissioning phases, facilitating system acceptance testing and handover documentation.

• Control project budgets, oversee procurement, material logistics, and optimize resource utilization for cost efficiency.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, risk assessments, and issue summaries to internal management and external customers.

• Contract(s) position available.

Soft Skills Requirements:

• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills across civil, mechanical, electrical, and IT disciplines.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and rapid decision-making skills within complex project environments.

• Proven leadership and team management experience to guide multidisciplinary teams toward project success.

• Client-focused approach with effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Educational Background & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Civil Engineering, IT, or related fields.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

• Familiarity with global data center standards and regulations (e.g., ISO27001, TIA-942) is a plus.

Technical Experience:

• Demonstrated experience managing data center projects focused on civil building construction and critical infrastructure systems such as power distribution and cooling.

• Hands-on knowledge of Smart Power solutions (UPS, SmartLi, PowerPod) and Smart Cooling technologies.

• Experience with DCIM platforms like NetEco6000 or iManager for infrastructure monitoring and management.

• Proven track record delivering projects in telecom, finance, government, or manufacturing industries.

• Strong understanding of energy efficiency practices and metrics such as PUE, experience in applying optimization practices is an added advantage.

Get to Know the Role

As a Security Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain Grab’s physical security systems across offices in the region. This includes managing projects for CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems, as well as ensuring system reliability and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

You will work closely with Grab CREST (Corporate Real Estate and Security Team) and Cybersecurity team, and external vendors to support Grab’s rapid growth and physical infrastructure needs.

This role is onsite and based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of physical security systems during new site builds, retrofits, and expansions.
  • Prepare and review security design documentation: device layouts, wiring diagrams, bill of materials (BOM), and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, integrators, and project managers on schedules, installations, and commissioning activities.
  • Conduct testing, configuration, and quality assurance checks of installed systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous system uptime.
  • Maintain site documentation, including change records and maintenance logs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
  • Conduct physical site risk assessments with Corporate Security Teams onsite and support mitigation design.
  • Ensure all work complies with Grab security standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience working with physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, VMS, ISMS, CACB, and related technologies
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of IP networking (switching, PoE, subnetting).
  • Ability to read technical drawings, network diagrams, and floor plans.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors or vendors on physical installations.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation or system integration.
    • Exposure to AI/ML tools or video analytics for threat detection or incident filtering.
    • Vendor certifications (e.g., Genetec, Gallagher, Axis).
    • Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP).
    • Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent certification
