What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and brand strategies that align with company objectives.
To drive sales tactical campaign and leads generation.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
Oversee creative development for sales and marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.
Analyze sales and brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with stakeholders to elevate brand visibility and market share in Malaysia, especially with the product team.

The new role
- Lead the commercial finance team to work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Focus Group sales, operation, purchasing, engineering, research & development, and plant finance team to develop the business case for all new business quotes.
- Review the overall program's cost development and ensure it is done properly according to actual or solid estimates through input from purchasing or benchmark data.
- Work with the operation team to craft the most cost-effective manufacturing strategy as per multiple factors – JV relationship, manufacturing footprint, volume, VI (vertical component) content, etc.
- Proactively participate in discussions with the commercial team on quoting language to ensure all key assumptions are properly reflected in the quote letter and the company is not exposed to major risks.
- Maintain close communication with the operation and plant finance team to understand the labor and overhead cost structure.
- Deploy the “should be” cost model for various commodities, working with purchasing to continuously improve the key assumptions of the models including rates, processes, raw material index, etc.
- Work closely with the program management team for program financial and profitability improvement, Management Gateway Review financial update, Engineering Change Note quote/financial, etc.
- Communicate with the sales leader for pricing strategy and get commercial finance/sales leads approval for all Advance Program Review/quotations.
- Support management decisions by providing strategic analysis.
- Continuously improve the team’s organizational capability and develop a “knowledge base” for functional excellence.
Requirements to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering, accounting, or finance. MBA or CMA is a plus.
- More than 10 years of related working experience in MNC, top 500 US/European companies is a plus. Auto industry background is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with 5 years or more working experience in Costing and Program financial focus roles.
- Ability to combine tech knowledge with manufacturing knowledge and finance knowledge.

- Collaborate with the burn in board/Apps design team to drive the readiness of automotive burn in hardware, ensuring seamless operation in external burn in facilities.
- Coordinate with package houses (OSATs) and external burn in labs to oversee smooth Automotive burn in operations, requiring regular travel for on-site support, debugging, and troubleshooting of burn in hardware and related tests.
- Conduct hands-on debugging and troubleshooting of burn boards and other relevant Rel hardware at external burn in facilities.
- Analyze reliability test results using TIBCO Spotfire and other statistical software, promptly identifying and escalating any quality issues. Collaborate with the FA team to pinpoint root causes, ensuring timely corrective actions at Burn In house and OSATs.
- Manage all documentation related to Automotive burn in and generate comprehensive reports.
- Provide support to reliability evaluations and reliability qualification projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Reliability Engineering at a company that develops, manufactures, and supplies integrated circuits.
- Must have a strong background and hands-on experience in semiconductor device reliability tests and procedures, including HTOL, THB, HTRB, HALT, TC, and various accelerated lifetime tests. Preferably, experience with ESD HBM, ESD CDM, and Latch-up Test.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive reliability standards (AEC).
- Candidates that have experience with high voltage products with GaN, SiC, and other semiconductor power devices will be given preference.
- Hands-on with Reliability hardware and system level troubleshooting, ATE data review, and Statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of producing detailed reports and presenting technical data to cross-functional teams.

- 8+ years of experience in complex system or application development, system integration, and/or the test and measurements industry.
- Experience serving as a technical lead to release high-quality solutions or products.
- Proven technical leadership in planning, coordinating, specification development, requirements gathering, monitoring, quality assurance, and status reporting of technical work.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to lead the resolution of critical issues and customer partner concerns through effective collaboration.
- Proven track record to use multiple programming languages (LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, etc.) in software design and implementation.
- Familiarity with NI products and platforms such as LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, LabVIEW RT/FPGA, and PXI/cRIO platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience working directly with customers, engineers, and business partners.
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Deep understanding of electrical and electronics engineering principles related to test engineering.
- Experience with standard methodologies in crafting high-power panel systems that meet industry standards, safety laws, and certification requirements.
- Understanding of automotive communication networks and protocols.
- Solid understanding of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and sensors such as cameras, RADAR, LiDAR, and ultrasonic sensors.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Job Description
As Head of Marketing, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of the Malaysia marketing strategy across brand, product, digital, and customer experience.
- Oversee end-to-end product marketing for new model launches, lifecycle campaigns, and GTM planning.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Planning, After-Sales, and Regional/Global HQ teams.
- Lead and mentor a local marketing team, while championing brand consistency and performance.
A Successful Head Of Marketing Should Have
- Malaysian citizen with 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the automotive OEM industry is required, B2C
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and integrated campaign execution.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior SQE for a leading player in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 20 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.
the job
- Lead component qualification to ensure a seamless Start of Production (SOP), addressing any quality or readiness issues proactively.
- Oversee new component development, including risk assessment and recovery planning in cases of target deviation.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and drive timely corrective actions when performance falls below expectations.
- Manage outcomes of process audits, ensuring action plans are in place for any risks impacting SOP or production ramp-up.
- Support supplier development in collaboration with Procurement, aligned with Global Supplier Quality Manual standards.
- Validate and onboard new suppliers in partnership with Procurement and Engineering teams.
- Promote NPI tools such as technical reviews, program reviews, and process validations throughout the product development cycle.
- Resolve supplier quality issues, including customer complaints, through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct regular supplier audits, including sub-suppliers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.
- Define and implement quality control processes, ensuring supplier compliance and supporting resolution of incoming material issues.

- Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, including plastic injection, sheet metal, machining, and SMT (PCBA).
- Deep knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
- VDA 6.3 and/or IATF 16949 auditor certification preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (highly preferred).
- Willingness to travel frequently for supplier and quality-related activities.
