- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).

- Build, Update, and execute all testing types documented in the test plan such as smoke test, functional test, non-functional test, performance test, security test, etc.
- Ensure handshake from SIT/QA to UAT: share Test Cases, Test Results, and Defect Logs with the Biz users.
- Conduct regular Defect Triage meetings and Defect Reporting to discuss critical and high-impacting defects for prioritization and fixing.
- Perform Regression Testing: Execute the Regression Test Suite at the end of each type of testing, which could be Full or Partial Regression Testing based on changes in functionality.
- Conduct causal analysis of all defects raised during various types of testing, especially escaped defects.
- Perform Test Phase Quality Review along with all impacted stakeholders.
- Conduct end-to-end testing on the Mobile automation platform.
- Verify data via backend DB and GUI.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in technical testing.
• Effective time and work planning abilities.
• Experience in test management and defect management.
• Attention to detail with the ability to create clear and precise reports.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Sauce Labs, and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing.
• Knowledgeable in both General and Life insurance domains.
• Experience in Web and Mobile testing.
