We’re looking for a highly experienced Reliability Engineer to lead the qualification and reliability testing of semiconductor devices for automotive applications. This role is hands-on and covers testing, debugging, data analysis, coordination with partners, and full compliance with automotive reliability standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute reliability tests: HTOL, THB, HTRB, HALT, TC, lifetime stress, ESD HBM, CDM, Latch-up.
  • Debug burn-in boards and reliability hardware at external burn-in labs.
  • Analyze test data using TIBCO Spotfire or other statistical tools; escalate anomalies and support failure mode analysis with FA teams.
  • Coordinate with OSATs to ensure smooth burn-in operations and proper documentation.
  • Design/evaluate reliability test hardware; provide field troubleshooting support.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain automotive burn-in documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in semiconductor reliability engineering, preferably with analog/mixed-signal and high-voltage devices (GaN, SiC).
  • Strong hands-on experience with the full suite of reliability tests and AEC standards.
  • Skilled in debugging burn-in hardware and troubleshooting reliability systems.
  • Proficient in statistical data analysis and understanding of IC reliability failure modes.
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or related).

  2. Must have a strong background and hands-on experience in semiconductor device reliability tests and procedures, including HTOL, THB, HTRB, HALT, TC, and various accelerated lifetime tests. Preferably, experience with ESD HBM, ESD CDM, and Latch-up Test.
  3. In-depth knowledge of automotive reliability standards (AEC).
  4. Candidates that have experience with high voltage products with GaN, SiC, and other semiconductor power devices will be given preference.
