Responsibilities (Text Only)
  • Review and manage maintenance, upgrade, and project contracts to ensure compliance, alignment with operational goals, and identification of risk or improvement areas.
  • Conduct cost benchmarking and financial analysis across service agreements to optimize spend and support strategic sourcing decisions.

  • Prepare quarterly spend management review materials at datacenter sites.
  • Assist with tracking datacenter Maintenance and Repair activities.
  • Evaluate cost savings opportunities and implement strategic projects to realize savings.
  • Identify and implement efficiency opportunities across technical systems, operational workflows, and resource deployment to enhance performance, reduce costs, and support scalable data center operations.
  • Leverage local subject matter experts' tribal knowledge and promote the adoption of best practices.
  • Act on opportunities to increase agility and contribute to workstreams to evolve processes, services, and solutions for Operations and Service Level Agreements for CO+I.
  • Coordinate closely with datacenter field operations to foster alignment and partnerships for business success.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; OR trade certification combined with practical industry experience.
  • OR 5+ years industry experience and college coursework.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but advantageous):

  • 2+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling).
  • Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Applicable certifications: ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience and interest in the Energy Industry
  • 10+ years of professional experience with major oil and gas companies (experience in project management strongly preferred)
  • Prior management consulting or strategic advisory experience strongly preferred
  • Track record of successful projects that included deliverables beyond spreadsheets and presentations, such as large datasets, data visualizations, dynamic models, tools, etc.
  • Professional verbal and written communication in English
  • A bachelor or master’s degree (or equivalent degree) in economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science or energy related technical field
  • Familiarity and proficiency with a variety of data analytics technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, Python/R, Excel VBA, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Must be capable of not only seeing the ‘big picture’ and communicating a compelling story, but also delving into its technical details to highlight key elements

Purpose

  • The Senior Process Safety Engineer is responsible managing the process safety deliverables and reporting on a Unit or Project Operations Readiness.
  • You guide engineers and operators on the requirements for major hazard management in projects and operations. You are expected to demonstrate leadership within the scope.

  • You support Safety and Environmentally Critical Element audits and assurance by technical teams from the group and/or operations.
  • You support audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies, verifiers, or clients.
  • You manage the team of process safety resources on projects or operations in the delivery of scope required to manage the MAH risks associated with assets.
Education
  • Bachelors degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or similar.
Experience
  • Over 10 years' experience in process safety, technical safety, or other technical risk discipline.
  • Preferably at least 5 years' experience in operations or project execution of offshore assets.
  • Experienced in workshop facilitation, and other risk assessments.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Sr. Manager, Accounting Services Center Operations (Malaysia), will be the local lead presence of the Accounting Services operations in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounting team (25+ people) in driving for sustainable and standardization of operations in compliance with policies and procedures, the optimization of resources, and migration of activities in connection with stakeholders. The role will also be responsible for the New Zealand & Australia market controllership activities and serve as the accounting principle lead for the team.

Key Result Areas:

  • Responsible for setting the direction, establishing strategies, goals and objectives for the Controllership team in the Kuala Lumpur center

  • Lead and implement accounting practices and procedures in the New Zealand & Australia markets and bring accounting expertise across all areas of team activities

  • Assess and develop plan on the optimal organizational design, processes and procedures to achieve objectives in connection with the Shared Services Center - Dalian

  • Identify and develop talents for building sustainable operations teams in RTR, PTP, OTC and other accounting related workstreams

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements and KPIs

  • Together with the Shared Services Center - Dalian, build and execute Business Continuity Plan in ensuring no disruption to the core activities

  • Forecast and monitor the budgets of the Controllership team at the Center

  • Assess and maintain proper internal controls and segregation of duties.

  • Act as the Controllership representative to develop and execute plans on people engagement, training and administrative management across the broader Kuala Lumpur shared service center

  • Support any Project Initiatives as assigned

Experience

  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 7+ years in multi-national company environment or accounting firm, with proven records in shared services center operations in a team leader/management role to build sustainable talents pool and/or similar experience in an advisory role

  • Minimum Supervisory Experience: 3+ years

  • Experience to lead team of 10+ Nature of Work: Six Sigma, LEAN, Process Reengineering, Performance Measurement, Talent Development, Financial Controller, Compliance and Auditing

Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree

  • Subject Expert In: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems

  • Certifications Required: Six Sigma, LEAN practitioner, Accounting or Finance related Certification

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree with IT infrastructure
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience managing people
  • At least three years’ experience managing physical operations in an IT and/or Critical Environment infrastructure.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Critical Services Manager, the Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring data centre facilities' efficient and reliable operation. This position is responsible for managing the duty team, overseeing equipment inspections, analysing system interfaces, and ensuring the accuracy of shift handovers. The Shift Manager also focuses on training, compliance with standard operating procedures, and effective incident management.

This is not a shift role, but occasionally out-of-hours response and coverage will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Ownership:

  • Arrange and supervise the work of the entire shift team to ensure smooth operations.

Equipment and Data Review:

  • Review facility equipment inspections conducted by the shift team and verify related operational data.
  • Oversee on-site shift handover data, including a preliminary analysis of events, faults, equipment operation modes, capacity, redundancy, and alarm analysis to ensure accuracy.

Systems Analysis:

  • Perform daily analysis of interface display and usage issues in BMS, BA, high-voltage monitoring, inspection PDA, and data centre management systems.
  • Provide improvement suggestions for weak current and BMS systems.

Training and SOP Compliance:

  • Regularly practice and train according to the plan formulated by the shift supervisor, starting with professional classification and equipment operation.
  • Summarize and assess training results and verify the execution of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and EOP (Emergency Operating Procedures).

Incident Management:

  • Record and analyse abnormal duty reports and the handling of abnormal situations.
  • Summarize reasons and solutions and generalize successful emergency handling experiences for broader application.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, automation, refrigeration, or related fields.
  • Hold valid high and low voltage operation certificates and air conditioning operation certificates.
  • Over 3 years of experience as a data centre operations and maintenance technician.
  • Familiarity with the daily maintenance of UPS, generators, chiller units, and other systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the configuration, distribution, and usage of power distribution systems, including high and low-voltage distribution systems, UPS, chillers, fire protection in the data centre.
  • Possess fault diagnosis and emergency handling capabilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Strong learning ability and motivation for self-improvement.
  • Good team spirit and team management skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and operation.
