What you will do- Collaborate with engineers and operators on global teams to analyze well/field performance and advise on production optimization.
- Integrate with adjacent disciplines (Reservoir, Facilities or Process, Wells, Operations, Flow Assurance) to execute opportunities for production debottlenecking, production enhancement and idle well restoration.
- Support Operation teams for operations schedule optimization, capacity enhancement, production planning and downtime optimization.
- Conduct regular system surveillance for production and injection wells to identify optimization opportunities.
- Assess impact of identified system constraints, monitor, and troubleshoot facility balance at field/platform/well level.
- Conduct screening economic evaluations of well intervention and stimulation operations.

- Build/sustain proprietary production engineering technology.
Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have the following:
- Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree from a recognized university in petroleum /chemical/ mechanical/other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in oil and gas industry specializing in either Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering or Production Technology.
- Possess operational experiences, particularly in:
o Inflow/outflow/flowline modeling
o Production well testing and allocation principles
o Network modeling and facilities operations
o Well design, completion, intervention and stimulation technologies
o Artificial lift methods and systems
o Reservoir and Facilities surveillance
o Production surveillance, troubleshooting and optimization of well and field performance
- Hands on experience with proprietary or vendor engineering analysis tools within the experience domain.
- Be able to demonstrate the following:
o Strong analytical skills
o Ability to manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
o Innovative and analytical thinking
o Intellectual rigor, strong drive, and desire to lead change

Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Engineer, will apply engineering techniques to assist in the improvement of manufacturing processes and products. In this role, you will provide technical support, operations experience, continuous improvement and project management skills and be a contributing member of a team on issues related to the operational domain area. Key Accountabilities- Collect and analyze operational data and trends and develop recommendations and plans to improve the performance and reporting process of manufacturing equipment and processes and ensure consistent monitoring and early warning indicators.
- Help plan and schedule maintenance of plant systems using reliability models and predictive technologies in collaboration with maintenance leadership.
- Monitor and manage variable and fixed costs at the site in collaboration with internal technology and finance operations stakeholders.
- Help plan and monitor production shutdowns ensuring legal and preventive maintenance compliance of manufacturing equipment.
- Help process engineer analyze capital expenditures and project designs to find more efficient, cost-effective approaches, which promotes higher quality and reliable outcomes.
- Serve as point of contact and interface with third party personnel to assist with setting priorities, monitoring safety and improving their skills over time.
- Connect with relevant personnel from other departments within the site or across the business to benchmark practices and assist in the creation of strategies.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in a chemical engineering and related field.
- Preferable 1-2 years experience in palm oil and fractionation.
- Strong data analysis capabilities including continuous improvement experience or certifications.

As a key member of our Operations team, you are expected to operate the ASU and be responsible for the production planning of the plant to meet sales demands and forecasts. You will also take an active role in the maintenance and turnaround activities of the plant, as well as in addressing day-to-day operational issues. Responsibilities:
Ensure that plant operations and all on-site personnel—including external parties are maintained in a safe condition.
Responsible for optimizing and monitoring the assigned plant and equipment, ensuring smooth operations. This includes plant tuning and production planning to optimize costs and maintain product quality within specifications.
Responsible for planning maintenance and turnaround activities, ensuring the plant is regularly serviced for optimal performance. This includes conducting frequent inspections and preemptive assessments to prevent major breakdowns.
Responsible for production reporting and planning, including data analysis to assess plant health and operational efficiency for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Responsible for guiding, coaching, and monitoring the team of Plant Operators. Collaborate with other members of the operations team (e.g., technicians, electrical, process, reliability) to ensure plant targets and deliverables are met.
As part of company-wide program management, responsible for executing project tasks related to plant upgrades or additions.
Execute project engineering strategies to fulfill business cases and address all technical matters of the project. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, local regulations, and engineering best practices. Also responsible for managing the project engineering budget, including costs related to subcontracted equipment and services, while optimizing technical solutions, budgets, and project schedules.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, major in Engineering, Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical or technically related field.
Preferably possesses an understanding of chemical and industrial gas process technologies, including but not limited to air gases, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, natural gas, gas mixtures, and rare gases.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Competent in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD tools.
Willingness to travel as required for work.
Ability to analyze information from relevant sources and leverage each technology’s limitations to design practical, scalable solutions.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, contributing to technological improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Your responsibilities include guiding and overseeing external third parties at the site, improving process stability, capability, and availability, reducing variability, and mitigating risks. You will help achieve cost and efficiency targets while ensuring safety, environmental protection, and compliance with business obligations.
Key Accountabilities- Collect and analyze operational data to develop improvement recommendations and monitor equipment performance.
- Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance using reliability models and predictive technologies.
- Monitor and manage costs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate production shutdowns ensuring legal and preventive maintenance compliance.

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in palm oil and fractionation preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with continuous improvement or certifications.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To implement the production plan given including wheat intake, wheat cleaning and flour milling with high accuracy and efficiency.
- To operate the wheat cleaning or flour milling production lines in the shift as and when assigned by the Shift Miller or Chief Miller in order to achieve the target cleaning and milling efficiency, extraction rates, capacity and quality compliance of the product.
- To implement in-house maintenance, minor engineering repair and housekeeping schedules as per plan provided.
- To diligently carry out the required sampling, measuring and accurate recordings, reporting and filing during the shift in order to achieve timely and useful production data.
- To promptly report any defective symptoms or breakdown of machinery and closely monitor the maintenance & repairs performed by the engineering department during the shift to ensure minimum loss of production time.
- To acquire knowledge on the production processes, machinery & equipment operations, materials & products and the necessary skills through on-the-job training and correspondent courses.
- To propose & implement process improvements projects to achieve better quality, speed & cost.
- To ensure compliance with audit & customer’s requirement for the process from wheat cleaning to milling and to finished goods (packing).
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

What can you expect for this roles:
- Support CM (Contract Manufacturer) to troubleshoot PCBA production issues and implement corrective actions promptly, minimize downtime, optimize production parameters, and ensure continuous production improvement.
- Support necessary documentation of processes, procedures, and work instructions to help CM comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate and cross-function with PCBA manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to assist CM in implementing design changes and process improvements.
- Apply lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to help CM streamline workflows, reduce waste, and shorten production cycle times. Analyze and optimize workstation layouts and designs to enhance production efficiency
- Support CM in estimating PCBA production times and developing schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Execute the First Article Inspections (FAI), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC) audits at CM, and provide improvement recommendations.
Skills that will help you succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the PCBA industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders, including customers.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components in PCBA, raw PCB materials, mechanical parts, and SMT/DIP/FT assembly processes.
- Hands-on experience in motherboard or computer/server device assembly, including electrical components, testing, and inspection, is a plus.
- Strong analytical, practical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with tools such as 8D, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is a plus.
