Role OverviewAMD's NBIO (North Bridge IO) team delivers industry-leading high-performance interconnect IP for various AMD products, including dGPU, Data Center GPU, Server, Client, Embedded, and Semi-Custom. The global team operates seamlessly across China, North America, India, and Europe.
The IOHUB component is central to data paths, comprising core IPs like IOHub Core and IOMMU, which handle PCIe decoding, routing, address translation, and memory protection, playing a vital role in IO virtualization technology used in data centers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop verification strategy and scope for IOHUB Subsystem
- Create test plans, implement drivers, and ensure verification closure
- Collaborate with Design/Architecture teams to develop verification components
- Coordinate with global teams through conference calls for strategy alignment and status updates
- Travel as needed for short-term assignments
- Experience in complex IP/ASIC/SOC design verification, preferably with IP/SOC, CPU/GPU, or industry bus standards like PCI-e, HT
- Proficiency in UVM, Verilog, System C, System Verilog
- Strong background in hardware verification methodologies, including coverage-based techniques and assertions (PSL/SVA)
- Leadership experience in verification execution is advantageous
- Knowledge of virtualization and scripting languages (Perl, C Shell, Makefile) is a plus
- MSEE with 8+ years or BSEE with 10+ years of experience in digital ASIC/SOC design verification

POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Critical Services Manager, the Electrical Engineering Manager oversees the electrical infrastructure and systems of our hyperscale data centres. - Ensure all electrical infrastructure, including power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, and switchgear, operates reliably and efficiently.
- Implement and maintain electrical safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage and effective handovers between shifts.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Plan and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring all electrical equipment and systems are serviced according to manufacturer and company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical maintenance and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all electrical operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records to support compliance audits and certifications.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical expertise and support for electrical systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
- Collaborate with other engineering and operations teams to ensure integrated and efficient system performance.
Strategic Initiatives:
