CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of data centre mechanical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and fire suppression systems. Proven experience in managing technical teams and 24/7 operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex mechanical challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. About the role

• Ensure timely and quality execution of preventive and corrective maintenance throughout guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

• To carry out routine resort walkabout inspection – Kitchen, Laundry, public area, rooms, etc.

• To conduct regular fire alarm testing and ensure fire fighting and protection system in the hotel is well maintained and working at all times.

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or Science. Master's Degree (MBA or MSc) is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in an engineering leadership role, working for MNC, Process and Equipment Sustaining Engineering, New Product Introduction, Technology Transfer, I4.0, preferably with Medical Device experience.
• Persuasive and powerful communicator, PU/department-wide motivator and role model, fosters a culture of diversity and collaboration.
• Leverages network to influence change, skillfully negotiates win-win solutions, coaches and develops senior team members, regularly works outside comfort zones, and demonstrates high resilience in dealing with challenges.
