Job Description

Purpose Statement:

Lead the Plexus Program Leadership team in developing and executing full value stream, new product introduction, and transition programs across all global regions and Plexus Market Sectors. Support initial customer development and business development efforts to secure wins. Develop the overall program plan and oversee its execution, leading key internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Aftermarket Solutions, and Customers.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  1. Lead the Regional Program Leadership Team: Train, coach, and mentor team members on launching successful products. Foster career development, succession planning, and talent growth.
  2. Build Relationships: Collaborate with Plexus Sr. Leadership across departments to create global solutions and ensure resource availability for program success.
  3. Support Program Execution: Use and measure Program-specific KSFs and KPIs, managing financials, schedule, quality, and delivery expectations both internally and with customers.
  4. Collaborate with Leadership: Engage with Plexus Market Sectors, Engineering, and Manufacturing leaders to understand business needs, support business development, and manage opportunity funnel.
  5. Manage Resources and Financials: Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and recruitment. Manage regional costs and product commercialization P&L for fiscal responsibility.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience; 5 years preferred in industry-related roles.
Other Qualifications:
  • Strong computer literacy and skills.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in presentations and mentoring.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing, materials, business, finance, and program management; experience in contract manufacturing preferred.

This role connects digital security with Digital Core and OB&C business teams, advising on cyber, compliance, risk management, and operational recovery. Their deep IT systems knowledge allows them to balance usability and risk while staying compliant. They strategically integrate cybersecurity into new initiatives and technology roadmaps and tactically support incident management.

This role is a senior level leader and reports directly to the SVP of Digital Security as part of the Digital Security Leadership Team. This role will also be part of the regional Technology Leadership Team, as well as the Malaysia country Business and Technology Centre (BTC) Leadership forum.

As an Information Security Principal, you will collaborate across digital security and functional business units (including Finance, Legal, HR, Company Secretary) as well as all teams across the Digital Core organization, ensuring that security controls align with business objectives and regulatory requirements by driving our cyber security strategy to stated risk tolerances. This role requires a deep understanding of both cyber security, IT, and business operations. You'll lead a team of cyber experts and manage digital security across the portfolio.

What You Will Deliver

  • Business outcomes: Collaborate with business units to identify and address cyber security risks and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with business goals.
  • Security Expertise: Provide technical expertise in Information Security, implementing operating processes and ensuring alignment to security standards across all activities including regulatory compliance.
  • Incident Management: Coordinate incident response efforts and lead communication with affected business units.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a resilient team across geographies, aligning with Technology vision and strategy, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and career progression.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for information security for your area of accountability, building strong partnerships and influencing positive change.
  • Safety: Prioritize operational safety, improving digital security through architecture, designs, and processes.

What You Will Need to Be Successful (Experience and Qualifications)

  • Tertiary level education or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are desirable.
  • Significant experience in internal or external information security and risk roles.
  • Solid understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Significant experience in IT operational processes, delivery, and operations.
  • Experience with financial, legal and HR systems, including ERPs.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment.
  • Technical knowledge in delivering security solutions and leading security processes.
  • Proven track record in forming effective partnerships with the business and collaborative management.

Additional Experience in Leadership and EQ:

  • Experience working in globally distributed teams with ability to work asynchronously.
  • Effectively influence and act as change agent for the front line and leadership.

This includes providing leadership for Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Aftermarket Solutions and our Customers.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Leader the Regional Program Leadership Team and associated direct reports. Trains, coaches, and mentors Plexus employees on the tools and processes associated with launching successful products. Enables development of direct reports by collaboratively creating career development plans and driving accountability to execute on Plexus’ talent strategy. Leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their team receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
  • Aligns and builds relationships across Plexus with Sr. Leadership from Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, Aftermarket Solutions, Manufacturing and Corporate teams. Ability to leverage relationships to create global solutions for our customers and ensure proper resources and tools are available successfully execute our programs.
  • Support the execution of Programs through the application and measurement of Program specific KSF’s and KPI’s. These metrics include the ability to manage financial, unit cost, schedule, delivery and quality. Effectively communicate and manage expectations within Plexus and with our Customer to create a successful engagement and product launch.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Sr. Leadership from Plexus Market Sectors, Engineering Solutions and Manufacturing Operations to understand Plexus business needs, customer opportunities, and support business development solutions to successfully execute new programs. Lead the funnel management process to identify all incoming opportunities in the region to determine the appropriate support plans.
  • Perform resource management for the regional Program Leadership team to understand resource loading, staffing requirements and recruitment of new Program Leadership resources. Manage Regional Service Center Costs and Product Commercialization P&L to ensure fiscal responsibility for the Program Leadership team.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • 10 years of related experience is required; 5 years of equivalent industry related experience is preferred.

  • High computer skills and literacy
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communications skills
  • Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Computer, presentation and mentoring skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
  • A general knowledge of manufacturing, materials, business, finance and program management is required; related contract manufacturing experience is preferred.

  • Requirement and Skills:
    • Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Business, Marketing, Product Management , atau bidang yang berkaitan.
    • Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 3-5 tahun dalam peranan Product Management , khususnya dalam industri pemasaran digital atau agensi kreatif.
    • Familiar dengan tools analytics seperti Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Workspace, atau alat pemantauan prestasi produk lain.
    • Kebolehan bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions
  • Ensure that building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Drive growth and promotion of Common Ground-provided service offerings
  • Effectively manage a team to ensure a healthy and growing community
  • Maintaining company standards and expectation
  • Manage outlet's P&L
  • Manage all building operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of member satisfaction
  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs
  • Maintain all base building documents to ensure the data is updated
  • Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations
  • Oversee events to ensure there is a good balance of educational, member appreciation, and lead generating/sales related events
  • Work with the team to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Engage in the larger city community by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations
  • Oversee building team including performance management reviews


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field such hospitality and retail
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service
  • Business operations, sales experience and/or project management required
  • Cold outreach experience a plus
  • Understanding and experience managing a team of people
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities

Menjalankan kajian trend pasaran dan analisis pesaing untuk mengenalpasti peluang dan risiko. Membimbing dan mengembangkan pasukan pemasaran untuk mencapai prestasi terbaik. Menyediakan laporan berkala kepada pengurusan mengenai prestasi pemasaran dan perkembangan strategi.

Requirement and Skills:

Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Business Administration, Pengurusan, atau bidang yang berkaitan. Ijazah Sarjana adalah satu kelebihan. Pengalaman kerja sekurang-kurangnya 3-5 tahun dalam peranan pemasaran, dengan fokus pada pemasaran digital. Kemahiran analitik yang kuat dan keupayaan untuk menafsirkan data dan metrik pemasaran. Pengetahuan mendalam tentang alat pemasaran digital seperti Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, dan alat SEO. Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan mahupun bertulis. Kebolehan untuk bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas dan dinamik. Kemahiran pengurusan projek dan keupayaan untuk menguruskan pelbagai tugas secara serentak. Kreativiti dalam menghasilkan idea dan konsep pemasaran yang menarik. Pengalaman dalam menguruskan pasukan dan kebolehan memotivasi serta membimbing anggota pasukan. Keupayaan untuk membuat keputusan strategik dan mengekalkan visi jangka panjang syarikat. Pengalaman dalam industri pemasaran digital adalah satu kelebihan.
