What you'll be doing
Analysing project requirements and developing detailed designs for civil and structural engineering components
Manage and coordinate all aspects of civil and structural engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction
Update PD or PM on the progress of works periodically or in management meeting.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Identifying and resolving engineering challenges, optimising designs to meet project constraints and objectives
Involve in sewage treatment plant structure design, preparation of various technical and engineering documentations, procedures, standards, drawing etc.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
Ensuring designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Providing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction phase
Lead & support tender / bid preparation for projects, operation activities related to consistent with the company core business.
What we're looking for
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering ( Environmental), Quantity Surveyor or equivalence
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Good problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil or structural design, preferably in the construction industry
Those with working experience in structure design in industry sewerage treatment plant are encourage to apply
