As a member ofOperation Research Team, you will be responsible for capacity related topic and closely work with other functional groups locally and globally to meet the key performance indices through continuous improvement activities and projects. You will also involve on equipment capabilities, strategy, and roadmap for operation efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall operation capacity studies (time study, productivity topics and resources optimization etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in any field relates to Semicondustor industry.
• Auto-CAD proficient to support layout drawings.

As an Industrial Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our inspection and maintenance operations.
