We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Software Engineering Director (Delivery Lead)** to drive the design, development, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. **Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in web development, with 3+ years in AEM.
+ Strong proficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, and Apache Felix.
+ Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular (preferred).
+ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
+ Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x, including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
+ Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and agile methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM.
