Company Background:
We are representing a company who specialize in petroleum and as they are expanding, they are looking for HR Executive to join the team in Shah Alam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances
- Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Administer employee benefits programs and insurance coverage
- Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans
- Ensure company HR practices comply with Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant labor laws
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents (offer letters, confirmation, resignation, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of working experience as Human Resources.
- Familiar with the HR processes accordance to Employment Act.
- Must be proactive and able to take initiative in handling HR matters.
- Good communication skill in English and Mandarin - due to business nature.
