Assist in developing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment plans in collaboration with the HSE team, rig contractors, and service providers. Senior Drilling Engineer Provide advanced expertise in drilling engineering, including preparing operating procedures, Well Design Basis using software like Landmark, and tender specifications. Advise on equipment and materials procurement, develop WP&B and AFE documents, and analyze data to improve future operations. Monitor daily drilling activities and manage Management of Change (MOC) processes as needed. Coordinate with logistics to ensure safe and efficient operations and act as Drilling Superintendent during leave. Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil industry and drilling activities in Malaysia. Drilling Engineer Provide advanced expertise similar to the Senior Drilling Engineer, including preparing operating procedures, Well Design Basis, tender specifications, and data analysis. Develop End of Well Reports (EoWR) and monitor daily operations, acting as Sr. Drilling Engineer during leave. 5-10 years of experience in the oil industry around Malaysia. WELLS ENGINEER (Hydraulic Workover Unit) / Drilling Engineer/Specialist Level 3

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs.

Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied.

Provide technical expertise on drilling engineering to the Operations and Development teams.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide engineering support for Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) start-up, mobilization/demobilization and operations including budget preparation/stewardship and contract administration.
2. Maintain daily surveillance of HWU mobilization/demobilization, workover, completions and P&A operations including stewardship of well costs.
3. Provide well-site HWU operations surveillance and engineering support as necessary.
4. Assist Operations Superintendent on critical activities and problems, such as equipment failures, well problems and well control.
5. Work with Reservoir Engineer and Geologist to support preparation and deliverables of workover, completions and P&A plans.
6. Responsible for government regulatory requirements, approvals and permits.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Engineering degree with 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with HWU operations.
2. Experience working with an operator in Malaysia including liaising with PETRONAS MPM as a Wells engineer is preferred.
3. Willing and able to travel to offshore locations to provide wellsite support.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Demonstrate strong technical competencies and be expected to set and meet high standards.
6. Commitment to technical quality, teamwork, collaboration, and learning.
7. Ability to provide leadership, adaptability and a commitment to high safety and ethical standards.

WELLS ENGINEER (Hydraulic Workover Unit) / Drilling Engineer/Specialist Level 3

MAIN FUNCTIONS Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs. Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied. Provide technical expertise on drilling engineering to the Operations and Development teams. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide engineering support for Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) start-up, mobilization/demobilization and operations including budget preparation/stewardship and contract administration. Maintain daily surveillance of HWU mobilization/demobilization, workover, completions and P&A operations including stewardship of well costs. Provide well-site HWU operations surveillance and engineering support as necessary. Assist Operations Superintendent on critical activities and problems, such as equipment failures, well problems and well control. Work with Reservoir Engineer and Geologist to support preparation and deliverables of workover, completions and P&A plans. Responsible for government regulatory requirements, approvals and permits. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Engineering degree with 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with HWU operations. Experience working with an operator in Malaysia including liaising with PETRONAS MPM as a Wells engineer is preferred. Willing and able to travel to offshore locations to provide wellsite support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrate strong technical competencies and be expected to set and meet high standards.
