- Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer:
- Provide longer term process engineering technical deliverables with a focus on broader fleet and platform specific initiatives.
- Collaborate with Senior Manufacturing Process Engineers to drive implementation of continuous improvement elements e.g. technology focused trainings, tools training, and innovative technical solutions.
- Provide formal and informal technical guidance to Process Engineers on manufacturing deliverables, in some cases directly involved in site optimization / troubleshooting initiatives.
- Manufacturing Process Engineer:
- As an extended member of the site technical team, you will provide high frequency and long term process unit monitoring and analysis for ExxonMobil’s global manufacturing facilities.
- Utilize commercial and proprietary advanced analytical tools & modeling software to provide technical insights, recommendations, and drive optimization opportunities.
- Perform high level business stewardship activities including energy utilization, material balance, and unit improvement opportunity analysis.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with an excellent academic track record.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant energy industry experience in refining or chemical process technologies i.e. Crude Processing, Fluid Catalytic Cracking, Heavy Oil Conversion, Hydroprocessing / Reforming, Alky, Amine Treating, Sulfur Recovery, Utilities System, Olefins, Aromatics, Butyl, Polypropylene.
- Those with adjacent manufacturing industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Be able to demonstrate intellectual rigor, drive, and proactiveness in leading change.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural global setting coupled with strong written & verbal communication skills.

JD- Manufacturing Process Engineer
Experience:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for production lines and equipment used in wafer fabrication, packaging, assembly, or semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with process control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for yield, throughput, and cost reduction using Lean, Six Sigma, and DOE methodologies.
- Define and monitor key process parameters and metrics (yield, cycle time, OEE).
- Support ramp-up and stabilization of new product introductions (NPI) and process changes.
- Collaborate with equipment engineering teams to install, qualify, and maintain production tools.
- Define PM schedules, troubleshoot tool downtime, and drive uptime improvements.
- Develop and implement jigs, fixtures, and tooling to improve process repeatability and operator ergonomics.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans.
- Support engineering change orders (ECOs), risk assessments, and FMEAs.
- Ensure traceability and revision control in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or SEMI standards.
- Work with R&D, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to support cross-functional projects.
- Lead or contribute to Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interface with vendors for technical evaluations of materials, tooling, and equipment.
Technical Skillset
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, welding, assembly, etc.).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM concepts.
- Knowledge of GD&T, tooling, fixtures, and CNC machining processes.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production processes to achieve product quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates with strong technical skills and interest are also encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of process improvement tools such as SPC, FMEA, DOE, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Experience with statistical analysis and process optimization will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process flow diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic listening and speaking proficiency in Mandarin is required.
