Requirements:

Assists in developing and sustaining photolithography module processes; selecting and creating process recipe for under development, process improvement or process troubleshooting
Support the photolithography engineering area lead with hand on processing of photolithography processes trouble shooting and development activities, tool acceptance, and material selections evaluations. Publish results from DOE experiments and project activities.
Perform reticle job view for every new technology/process (if required)
Work closely with operation team members, production and maintenance, to achieve production goals.
Have flexibility in work load and hours, in response to the dynamic work environment of a growing start-up company.

The Process Engineer will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang . The role is in charge of process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.

Qualifications:

- Preferably to have a minimum 8 - 10years of experience in Petroleum refinery plant and leadership position.
- Demonstrates initiative, strong interpersonal skills, leadership, industriousness, and effective communication proficiency.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
