Degree/Diploma in Marketing and/or Engineering.
2-3 years of working experience in sales.
Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of computer software, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Good communication skills, initiative, analytical mindset, and supervisory skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to travel independently and possess own transportation.
Job Descriptions:
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales for Perkins new equipment and product support to achieve branch revenue plans and forecasts. Manage sales inquiries. Identify new business opportunities in Sarawak. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, manage financial performance, liaise with clients and HQ, handle customer complaints, lead and develop the team, conduct performance reviews, plan training, foster a culture of accountability.
- ESH: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and ESH policies. Manage operational and customer service risks.
- Reporting: Prepare sales and operations reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
