This includes overseeing the integration architecture, managing a high-performing team, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data systems. Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists and data engineers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Drive team retention through targeted development initiatives. Technical Delivery

Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions using orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory. Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise standards and supports scalability. Implement modern AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and anomaly detection. Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with Business Analysts to define data requirements. Partner with Architecture & Engineering Manager to align integration standards. Engage with business units to ensure integration solutions meet operational needs. Key Result Areas

Quality of releases and alignment to customer requirements. Accurate estimates for project delivery of outcomes. Timely team capacity management, and longer-term capacity forecasting. Development and career planning for the team. Requirements

Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory). Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML). Experience with AI assistance tools (e.g. copilot). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer Associate). Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. • apply knowledge of sequencing and interlocking principles in substation automation systems and implement them on iec61850 ied’s.
• test and debug complex iec61850 communication systems using tools like ied scout, wireshark, etc.
• coordinate and interface the protection and control automation system with equipment and systems within the substation.
• define the main io list of the protection and control automation system.
• design lan networks and communication architectures; configure industrial ethernet switches, routers, and satellite clocks.
• follow standard design practices, engineering reviews, and departmental guidelines.
• prepare and present technical information for substation protection and control automation systems to internal and external customers.

Basic Job Purpose

Support Technology to manage and implement projects and enhancements in accordance with

Visual Communication | Digital Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about delivering training, and have expertise in Project Management?

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Trainer, who has project management work experience and training delivery experience.

You will need to have a proven track record in both effective training delivery, and also in effective project management.

This role will require your expertise in understanding our clients project management needs, then to design/customize the project management training materials, followed by effectively delivering the project management course/s using experiential learning techniques in the classroom. You will need to ensure that you engage well with the clients and participants and to ensure effective learning and application.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize and deliver project management training materials and courses using experiential learning techniques.
• Engage with clients and participants to ensure effective learning and application of project management concepts.
• Assess client needs and adapt training content accordingly.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, or equivalent and above
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in managing projects and training delivery experience
• Preferably with PMI-PMP and HRDF TTT certifications
• Familiar with project management methodologies
• Experience in delivering training face to face and virtually
• Ability to use experiential learning methods to engage participants during training delivery
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge during training
• Creative and innovative, proactive and positive
• Up to date with the latest project management and training trends
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
