Key Responsibilities
Project Hunting & Source Development
Identify, track, and secure bidding opportunities in Marine (shipbuilding, offshore, ports) and Data Center (cooling, HVAC, facility systems) sectors.
- Build relationships with EPCs, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
- Engage early in project design/specification to influence actuator and valve package selection.
Technical Sales & Integration

Design & Implementation: according to her/his field of knowledge,
- Perform, review some design and specification activities, by leveraging Schneider Electric portfolio of products & systems in an optimized manner, in order to maximize profitability and limit technical risks; May perform some implementation/test activities (testing, FAT, etc).
Risk & Opportunity management, Change management, Alert:
- Identify any potential changes versus contract or already-agreed design;
- Work closely with PM to specify the changes and their implications for Schneider Electric (including cost impact eveluation), until getting a variation order;
- Alert PM of any substancial issue that could affect the project performance or customer satisfaction.
Customer interactions:
- Lead technical discussions and clarifications with customer;
- Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the project.
Quality process, Methods, Tools:
- Support PM to ensure full compliance with Schneider-Electric processes (especially CPP & TDP), and with quality instructions, safety requirements and governance principles;
- Lead the technical team to correct any technical deviations or quality issues occurring during project execution
Community of practices & Coaching:
- Take part of Technical Leaders' Community of Practice within her/his Execution Center, or globally within Technical Excellence Community network;
- Identify, get, formalize, share and promote lessons learned and best practices;
- Act as role model and/or coach junior technical engineers and designers;
- Be connected with LoBs and stay tuned on the last technical evolutions of equipment & systems (in her/his field of engineering, acting then as a referent in the Community).

Within the Digital System Integration organization growing & leveraging profitable solutions & services you will join a position of Senior Technical Leader. This position requires to work for projects and tenders in segments like Defense, Nuclear, O&G, Datacenter and Mining and Microgrid based on the market demand.
This position reports to Global Customer Project Operations, responsible for developing and securing complex technical international projects.
This specific position is open to start working in Nuclear and Defence segment.
The senior Technical Leader will be part of an international team dedicated automation systems integration projects.
What qualifications will make you successful?

Technical Leader System Integration Responsibilities
Act as the leader of the technical content of the project, and be the single point of contact for all project technical topics. Manage the technical project team and master technical risks during tender and/or execution phases. Ensure robust interface management between the Electrical Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) and other systems such as the Process Control System (PCS), Building Management System (BMS), Fire and Gas System (FGS), and Safety Instrumented System (SIS). Validate integration points and coordinate with system owners for a cohesive solution. Lead during tender phase: establish customer needs, explore alternative technical solutions, and optimize the overall design by coordinating with Architects or Experts and competitive bid processes. Lead during execution phase: ensure customer technical requirements are met, manage a technical team, coordinate all stakeholders, and control architecture, testing, FAT, installation, commissioning, and warranty activities within the contract and technical specifications. Coordinate the technical design and implementation activities, monitor costs, and ensure on-time delivery within the technical budget.
