Key Responsibilities

• Architect and support global and regional SharePoint Online environments, including site architecture, governance, and multilingual capabilities.
• Design and implement Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents to digitize and automate business processes.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI to enhance user interaction and productivity.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and lakehouses using Microsoft Fabric for enterprise-wide data integration and analytics.
• Lead the development of a case management system for Legal and a document management strategy for the organization.

As a Senior Payment Enablement Specialist, you will lead enterprise-level merchant integrations across Codapay’s global markets. You’ll serve as the technical authority in payment API solutions, manage cross-functional coordination, and mentor junior teammates. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical experience in system integration, strong project ownership, and a passion for scalable impact.

• 1. Complex Integration Leadership (Payin & Payout)
• Own technical relationships with high-value or multi-market merchants
• Design and propose solutions for non-standard use cases (e.g., multi-currency, special routing logic)
• Lead technical deep-dives, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations
• Ensure secure, compliant, and optimized integration implementation

• 2. Merchant Success & Technical Guidance
• Monitor integration health and recommend performance improvements
• Conduct technical business reviews with strategic partners
• Act as the escalation point for critical technical blockers
• Translate merchant feedback into actionable improvement proposals

• 3. Internal Advocacy & Process Optimization
• Lead testing of new features in coordination with Product and Engineering
• Maintain complex scenario runbooks and reusable templates
• Propose automation or tooling to reduce integration effort and errors
• Improve SLA turnaround and cross-team workflows

• 4. Team Mentorship & Enablement
• Coach junior specialists and support their case handling growth
• Lead internal workshops or documentation of edge cases
• Collaborate in hiring and onboarding of new joiners
• Drive knowledge-sharing culture across the team

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solution engineering, integration, or similar fields
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP concepts, and system debugging (Postman, Kibana, SQL)
• Experience supporting payment systems or fintech merchants is highly preferred
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Native in Mandarin and fluent in English
• Enjoys working in a multicultural, cross-regional environment.

As an Integration Support Specialist, you’ll support publishers and merchants through their Codapay integration journey — from setup to post-launch. You’ll assist with API guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth go-live. This hybrid technical-operations role is ideal for those eager to grow their API and project coordination skills.

• Merchant Integration Support (Payin & Payout) - Guide merchants through integration setup, including sandbox access, test credentials, and Coda Portal configuration for Payin and Payout products.
• Technical Troubleshooting - Address common integration issues such as callback failures, parameter mismatches, or incorrect environment setup; respond to basic API-related queries.
• Issue Tracking & Escalation - Monitor and track open technical issues throughout the integration lifecycle, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
• Go-Live Coordination - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Commercial) to ensure system readiness; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live checklist completion.
• Early Launch Monitoring - Track transaction success rates and error logs during initial launch phases, proactively reporting anomalies like low conversion rates or payment failures.
• Post-Launch Partner Support - Assist partners with post-launch configurations such as SFTP or Webhook reporting setup; investigate data discrepancies and callback anomalies.
• Internal Documentation & Feedback Loop - Maintain and improve integration guides and internal documentation based on recurring issues or partner feedback to enhance support efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Compliance and Finance teams on KYC or reconciliation queries, and partner with Technical Support for seamless post-launch case handovers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with API integration concepts (REST preferred)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, SQL, or basic scripting is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment
