We are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Supply Chain Excellence Business Analyst to join our team and drive lean initiatives across our regional supply chain operations.**Job Summary:** The Regional Lean Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and sustainability of lean principles across multiple facilities within the specified region. This role involves collaborating with teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of operational excellence.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Lean Support:** Assist in the deployment of lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma, to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.* **Training & Coaching:** Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels to build lean capabilities and ensure consistent application of lean principles, leveraging the Agilent Supply Chain Excellence playbooks and materials.* **Process Analysis:** Analyze current manufacturing and logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.* **Performance Monitoring:** Help develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of lean initiatives.* **Project Assistance:** Support multiple lean projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.* **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain, to drive lean initiatives and achieve operational goals.* **Change Facilitation:** Assist in change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.* **Continuous Improvement:** Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, problem-solving, and proactive thinking among employees.# # **Qualifications*** Minimum BA/BS in Business, Engineering/Chemistry/Biology or related.* 8+ experience with LEAN, CI, TPS, DBS, and/or Six Sigma tools and programs and related with demonstrated ability to lead and implement manufacturing excellence programs working in diverse teams.* 2+ years management experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or operations.* Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and with teams to organize and present business cases and coordinate resources across technical, operations, quality, site management and to improve productivity.* Ability to travel 25-50% within base region with occasional travel globally.**Additional Details**This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operational Excellence Expert to lead and support our journey towards continuous improvement and sustainable performance. In this role, you will drive impactful Lean initiatives, coach cross-functional teams, and help foster a culture of excellence across the organization. Responsibilities

The Operational Excellence Expert is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by applying Lean principles and methodologies. Coordinate and coach a network of Lean Practitioners and collaborates with cross-functional departments to implement process improvements and foster a culture of operational excellence. The position plays a key role in aligning improvement projects with strategic business goals and ensuring sustainable performance enhancements. Lead and support the implementation of Lean projects across departments. Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimized solutions. Detect and eliminate waste using Lean principles and tools. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance within the team. Coordinate and coach cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Establish, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Systematically document processes, results, and best practices; ensure standardization and knowledge sharing. Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate Lean principles and promote awareness across the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align improvement efforts with business objectives. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Qualifications

Your profile:

Possess Bachelor’s Degree with in Manufacturing / Production with professional Lean Production or Lean Administrative certification. At least 5 years of professional experience as a Lean consultant in supervising role or process improvement project lead. Good knowledge and experience in Lean principles and tools. Experience in project management and able to work in interdisciplinary project teams. Excellent knowledge in Excel (Pivot, VBA).
