  • The Contractor - Third Party Risk Assessment Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the security and compliance posture of third-party vendors and partners. This role involves identifying potential risks, assessing mitigation measures, and ensuring that third-party relationships align with FWD's security policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors and partners.
  • Evaluate vendors' security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they meet FWD's standards.
  • Identify potential risks associated with third-party relationships and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure a thorough assessment process.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of third-party risk assessments and findings.
  • Provide detailed reports and risk ratings for third-party vendors.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of third-party risk management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track remediation efforts by third parties to address identified risks.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats related to third-party risk management.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in third-party risk assessment, vendor management, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS).
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
Required Qualification
  • Experience working in the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management software and platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRAO), Safe Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis at work areas.
  • To assist in monitoring and identifying hazards at workplace, environmental and security issue.
  • To conduct daily Safety & Health, Environmental and Security Inspection, submit the report of findings and follow up action to be taken.
  • Safety and Health, Environmental and Security Data Administrations. Data Entry, collection, collation and safekeeping all HSE and Security documents.
  • To assist and conducting Investigation including preparing full report on all occurrences in any incident or accident which related to HSE and Security.
  • To assist in conducting / delivering any HSE and Security training programs, activities or promotions at workplace.
  • To assist in coordinating any issue with local Authorities or Government Agencies: D.O.S.H, D.O.E, Ministry of Heath, Police Department and OTHERS.
  • To assist in checking and monitoring all Certified Machineries, Fire Safety Systems and other equipment for the purposed of maintaining safe work practices and conditions in plants.
  • To conduct routine checking and enforcement related to HSE and Security requirements in compliance with Company’s Policy and Procedures to all level of employees, internal and external Contractors, Vendors and also Visitors.
  • Monitor unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at workplaces, corrective and preventive actions taken.
  • Managing the Environmental Aspect of the General & Schedules Waste of the Company.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
  • In charged in controlling, checking and monitoring Security Personnel performances, data recording, personnel attires and other matters related to Security.
  • To participate and coordinating 5S activities under HSE and also at workplaces.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from any professional body of institution with 5 years experience.
  • Candidate must be certified as Safety & Health Officer by DOSH Malaysia.
  • Candidate must be a DOSH Green Book Holder.
  • Can work independently and enforce compliance of regulatory requirement.
  • Possess positive attitude, discipline, good interpersonal skills and systematic.
  • Experience in Manufacturing environment, knowledge in ISO 140001 / ISO 45001.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Able to plan, organise, evaluate and lead activity schedules and direct the work of others.
  • Strong attention to detail, while also able to see long-term strategic improvements and developments.
  • Exhibit a good attitude and demonstrates interpersonal skills to work with people from different backgrounds.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local regulations and company standards.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from any professional body of institution with 5 years experience. Candidate must be certified as Safety & Health Officer by DOSH Malaysia. Candidate must be a DOSH Green Book Holder. Can work independently and enforce compliance of regulatory requirement. Possess positive attitude, discipline, good interpersonal skills and systematic. Experience in Manufacturing environment, knowledge in ISO 140001 / ISO 45001. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Able to plan, organise, evaluate and lead activity schedules and direct the work of others. Strong attention to detail, while also able to see long-term strategic improvements and developments. Safety Performance Monitoring And Measurement

Develop, conduct and maintain continuous safety performance monitoring and internal audit plans to assess the effectiveness including potential improvement of the SMS.

Assist and support respective departments in developing Safety Performance Indicators and Targets (SPI/SPT).

Make available these data and/or information for management quarterly reviews.

The Management Of Change

Develop and define triggers for the formal management of change process.

Ensure the Management of Change (MOC) process are carried out for changes which have impact to safety of the operations as per the stated in the SMS manual.

Record, process and maintain records of all MOCs conducted, mitigation actions or recommendations in the Safety Library, in accordance to company and regulatory records keeping requirements.

Present all MOCs for management quarterly reviews.

Continuous Improvement Of SMS

Assist, support and ensure continuous monitoring of the SPI/T in order to continuously improve safety performance.

Continuously monitor the organization’s SMS, its related safety risk controls and support systems to evaluate if the safety management processes are achieving their desired safety performance objectives.

Present all evaluations for management review.

Safety Library

Ensure, assist, support and oversight on ALL safety related policies, planning, processes, procedures, programs and records are updated and documented in relevant manuals and the central Safety Library (management system) as applicable, in accordance with organization documentation and records control requirements.

Minimum working experience:

  • 2 years as analyst, safety, security, audit or risk management with any AirAsia or AirAsia X Group of airlines (management experience will be added advantage).
  • Minimum 6 months as SAG with any AirAsia or AirAsia X Group of airlines.
  • OR
  • Experience in aviation safety and/or in the capacity of an aviation safety investigator, safety/quality manager or safety risk manager; and.
  • 5 years working in commercial or manufacturing aviation industry, and.
  • 2 years in aviation management position, and/or.
  • 2 years in aviation safety or quality position.

Education:

  • Diploma in any aviation related fields or occupational, safety and health.
  • Professional qualifications:

Continuously monitor the organization’s SMS, its related safety risk controls and support systems to evaluate if the safety management processes are achieving their desired safety performance objectives. Present all evaluations for management review. Safety Library Ensure, assist, support and oversight on ALL safety related policies, planning, processes, procedures, programs and records are updated and documented in relevant manuals and the central Safety Library (management system) as applicable, in accordance with organization documentation and records control requirements. Minimum working experience: 2 years as analyst, safety, security, audit or risk management with any AirAsia or AirAsia X Group of airlines (management experience will be added advantage). Minimum 6 months as SAG with any AirAsia or AirAsia X Group of airlines. OR Experience in aviation safety and/or in the capacity of an aviation safety investigator, safety/quality manager or safety risk manager; and. 5 years working in commercial or manufacturing aviation industry, and. 2 years in aviation management position, and/or. 2 years in aviation safety or quality position. Education: Diploma in any aviation related fields or occupational, safety and health. Professional qualifications: The following trainings by regulator or authorities or recognized training provider (example, IATA, CAA, etc.): Full Safety Management System (SMS). Risk Management. Safety Performance Indicator. Training required for the position (if any): Safety Management System (SMS). Leadership & Management.
