Tasks:
1) To assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
2) To assist in managing the QA processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.

7) Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures.
8) Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building systems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
9) Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain building equipment in good condition, such as air-cond
10) Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
11) Safety Compliance: Work with EHS and ensure that the building complies with all safety and regulatory standards, including fire codes and environmental regulations.
12) Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
13) Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance or repairs.
14) Energy Efficiency: Identify and implement energy-efficient practices to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
15) Security: Assist in maintaining building security, including access control systems and surveillance equipment.
16) Inventory Management: Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
17) Training: Stay current with industry trends and best practices through training and professional development. To maintain proper filling for all respective document.
18) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.
19) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements:
1) Diploma & above in Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering or At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar field/position.
2) Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is an added advantage.
3) Knowledge of Malaysia occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management are also required for this role.
4) Ability to operate and maintain various types of building equipment.
5) Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
