We are an Animation and Comics studio. We create original content, which is published on our social media and website. One of our own ideas—Zindagi CGHS —has been greenlit for a pilot! It’s a mass-market Hindi animated sitcom for grown-ups.
Other than this, we are working on our Kickstarter series Aapki Poojita , making monthly sketches (like in SNL), and doing client work.
This is your chance to be part of an all-original animated comedy series!
We’re looking for a humble weirdo from India, Malaysia, Vietnam, or literally anywhere in South Asia (or the world) to add that extra slickness to our projects!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end execution of motion graphic projects from script onwards
- Quality is key – you need to be well-versed with templates and styles. Vox is a usual demand from our clients.
- Work with our animation team to integrate motion graphics with our animation.
- Maintain consistency in style and quality in line with the project’s look.
- Good sense of graphic design and animation basics.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Proficiency in After Effects and all other tools of trade.
- Experience with 2D animation workflows is a huge plus!
- Strong understanding of motion, timing, and composition.

For this one year contract, we are looking for 3D animators to support the media team in creating various animation projects for our video series. Reporting to the Head of Animation, you will work alongside other animators and be trained on procedures, workflow, design language, before eventually taking ownership of whole projects. LFM Consultancy is seeking a skilled and imaginative 3D Modeler & Animator to join our multidisciplinary creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating 3D assets for use across branding activations, immersive experiences, motion content, and interactive environments.
You will collaborate with creative leads, motion designers, and technical specialists to bring both character-based and environmental concepts to life—supporting real-world activations, digital campaigns, and experimental R&D involving AI and spatial computing.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling through form, movement, and visual dynamics, especially in a fast-evolving creative studio environment.
Responsibilities are as below;- Model high-quality 3D assets including characters, objects, props, environments, and architectural elements based on project needs.
- Create and apply UV maps, textures, materials, and shaders using industry-standard pipelines.
- Rig characters and assets for animation, including blend shapes and IK/FK systems.
- Animate 3D models with attention to timing, weight, and expressive movement (both stylized and realistic).
- Export and prepare 3D animations and scenes for various outputs—pre-rendered videos, game engines (Unreal/Unity), and interactive installations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure alignment with brand vision and technical parameters.
- Optimize models for real-time rendering when necessary
- Contribute to visual R&D and style development for new projects involving AI, generative design, or reactive media.
- Diploma or Degree in 3D Animation, Multimedia Design, Game Art, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative studio, agency, post-production house, or equivalent related experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and animation projects, with a mix of stills and motion.
- Proficiency in at least one major 3D software: Blender , Cinema 4D , Maya , or 3ds Max .
- Experience in rigging and animating both organic and mechanical models.
- Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.).
- Familiarity with rendering pipelines (Keyshot, Cycles, Redshift, Octane, Eevee, Arnold, etc.).
- Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred

Create charming and believable animations using motion capture and hand-key animation. Understand the specific requirements of the game and consistently adhere to the established animation style of the production title. Maintain high-quality animations through diligent polishing and bug fixing. Have good organizational and time management skills. Collaborate with senior animators and peers to produce high-quality animations. Clearly communicate any issues, blockers, and needs to your lead. Adhere to deadlines set by your lead and the production team. Collaborate with cinematic artists to help create an emotionally engaging world. Requirements
1 or 2 years of experience in the video game industry. Experience in Autodesk Maya. Experience working with motion capture. Experience handling body mechanics for characters and creatures alike. Knowledge of animation fundamentals, techniques, and acting/staging. A thorough understanding of modern and classical animation styles. An ability to give constructive feedback and graciously receive feedback. Work well within a team environment. Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
