Demonstrated experience in delegating and maintaining project VFX standards, while adapting, and iterating across a variety of artistic styles. Wide knowledge of technical constraints, optimization and implementation to determine the best tools and techniques in hitting project visual targets. Have at least been credited with two or more game title launches, with preferably a minimum of five to six years of industry experience.

As a Senior 3D Artist & Creative Lead, you will play a vital role in leading our team of 3D artists on a wide range of projects with varying disciplines in the visual effects space, namely modelling, texturing, lighting, compositing, rendering, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Versatile Skill Set: Being a super generalist in various 3D disciplines such as modelling, texturing, compositing, lighting, rigging, etc.
- Creative Collaborations: Working on stunning commercials, films, and animations for international clients, alongside key production partners. Your social skills and communication level will be exercised greatly.
- Idea Generation: Leading brainstorming sessions and conceptualizing campaigns for clients.
- Team Leadership: You are the captain of the ship. Your integrity, perseverance, and grit will be put to the test in this role. You will be the final line of defense for your team of 3D artists.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or related field is required, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate expertise.
- Proficiency across a multitude of 3D software is a MUST: Cinema 4D, Redshift, Adobe Creative Suite. Unreal Engine, Blender, and Houdini are a bonus.
- MUST have your own transport (car), due to the nature of this leadership position, you will need to be independent and travel from time to time when needed.
- You must also possess good social skills, critical thinking , and have an extroverted personality to bring teams together, build good culture, and lead by example.
- Strong knowledge in 3D design principles is imperative. You need to be able to dissect, analyze, and determine what makes a good animation and/or style frame and to lead and grow the team.
- Lastly, your leadership skills will be important as well. In this role, you will be tasked with carrying and leading the creative team in all creative work. Whether it be style frames or full-fledged animations, you will work closely with the team and also your upline supervisor.
