This position primarily handles events of average complexity. Ensures their property events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED; experienced (1 - 2 years of experience) in the event management or related professional area.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; at least 1 year experience in the event management or related professional area required.
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Managing Event Logistics and Operations**
- Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy.
- Greets customer during the event phase and hands-off to the Event Operations team for the execution of details.

JOB PURPOSE
Triton Poker is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of our world‑class festivals. This role requires proven expertise in large‑scale international event management, exceptional leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex operational details with precision. The successful candidate will thrive in both structured office‑based preparation and the high‑intensity demands of live 20–25 day festival operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end‑to‑end event operations for Triton Poker festivals, ensuring delivery within budget, timelines, and brand objectives.
Oversee venue contracting and logistics; manage all event elements including décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, VIP services, equipment, promotional material, and branding.
Develop, manage, and reconcile event budgets with strict financial accountability.
Ensure compliance with global legal, insurance, and health & safety standards.
Act as the key liaison with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to align expectations and deliver premium experiences.
Integrate and oversee security planning and execution.
Manage international shipping and logistics of Triton’s equipment and assets across multiple destinations.
