• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) on Mac.

• Experienced in photography, video production, and motion graphics.

• Able to independently handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Possess strong attention to detail and the drive to deliver high-quality creative output.

• Digitally savvy — understanding digital platforms and content adaptation is a plus.

• Knowledge of print and digital communications is a must for an art director position. This person should know the ins and outs of the latest marketing and creative trends, identifying where the company or clients can implement new initiatives.
• Ideate, art direct and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals on 360 projects with team
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• Able to articulate the concept into actual design using Adobe Cloud software like AI / PS / AE.
• An eye to guide on design, photography, illustration and motion graphics.
• Can think and handle project independently and also collaborate with Creative Lead.
• Able to execute projects with junior or intern with the right time management.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• A minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in a related field, prior experience in creative digital agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro; Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Good time management and multitasking skills, ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong in sense of design, creative and attentive to detail.
• Be open to feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Demonstrate a passion for staying informed about design trends and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with videography and photography skills is considered an asset
• Good oral communications skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.

• Support to develop integrated design concepts which incorporate printed matter, environmental graphics, activation ideas, etc. for clients
• Support to develop a "creative brief" by working with internal team (Account Service/Planning and Production) and client team to define original concept, create a target audience and begin creative process
• Demonstrate expertise in cutting edge, innovative and culturally savvy designs, and create a range of concepts and designs for each project
• Create high quality contents and generate new and innovative ideas by collaborating with internal staff, utilizing personal creativity, skills and experience
• Develop extraordinary design work across six major fields including retail environment (encompassing all touchpoints); display (permanent and temporary exhibits at IFA, CeBit and CES); print (event posters, printed collateral, etc.); events (stage design); Audio visual (moving image and online contents) and design business (commercialization through innovative design)
• Apply brand systems, typography, photography, color and other elements appropriately to create innovative solutions that meet client needs
• Make informed recommendations for how to artistically achieve conceptual objectives for artwork
• Take initial responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions
• Prepare creative presentations to the client
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects
• Edit outputs based on feedback from agency staff and clients
• Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for junior members
• Supervises and reviews the output of junior members
• Constantly trains and coaches junior members, conveying advanced skills
• To assist in other accounts related matters instructed by your immediate superior.
• To assist Company in any ad-hoc matters from time to time.

Requirements:

• A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Design/Advertising/Visual Design
• Applies knowledge of relevant applications and computer technologies to complete various tasks eg: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
• Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
• Understands tools and vehicles (e.g. fact sheets/brochures, catalog, direct mail/email/POSM) used in marketing communications development and message design,content , format, execution of strategy and evaluation of communication effectiveness
• Conceptualize and develop creative pitches, leading presentations effectively
• Shows expert skills in writing and speaking such as public speaking and presentation in order to effectively provide the knowledge as well as increase the levels of understanding and acceptance among the audiences
• Uses in-depth skills to evaluate creative relative to strategy and for exceptional impact, and judges the likely effectiveness and success of achieving desired objectives.
• Know how to animate or simple edit will be a plus

Job Summary: The Art Director is responsible for the creation of the Production Designer’s creative vision for all the sets and locations. The Art Director oversees the entire process of design from concept to production. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the work of other departments, such as layout, lighting, sound, props, and know how your designs affect their work
• Oversee and guide artists in achieving the Director’s vision
• Assist with creation of concept art, character designs, visual development and background reference
• Explore and present the visual direction for characters, environments/sets, and props as a guide for the asset team during visual development
• Obtain client approval by presenting final artwork and responding to client’s comments and requests
• Work in adherence to budget and schedule constraints while maintaining the show’s overall look and mood
• Work closely with the Lighting and Compositing team to ensure that the final output conforms to the art direction standards

Required Skills:

• 8+ years as a professional art/animation
• 4+ years’ experience in supervisory role
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to small or large groups
• Possess a good eye for detail
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art is desired
• Strong traditional skills in design, painting, illustration and animation
• Strong knowledge of graphic design, layout, and colour theory
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop and working knowledge of 3D software is required
• The ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts

In your capacity as an Art Director, you will determine which designer elements to use; articulate the vision to the team, review and approve copy, designs, social media campaigns and timelines, and determine how best to represent the Creative Director’s concept. You need to be highly skilled in Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects and 3D animation is a bonus. This highly talented bear will manage and coordinate all projects for the company while working closely with internal and external resources and managing all projects, overseeing from ideation to final delivery.

Work on a wider range of items from Web design, Social Media, Branding and Campaigns. To conceptualize and create visuals that excite, explain, and entertain across social media, website and beyond. Min. 4 years experience in creative/design industry. Work closely together with all internal teams to conceptualize and develop Capacity to imagine, capture and express a brand’s essence/infographic design/brand story through unique design and styling To participate in project creative discussion and proposal and come up with actionable steps to achieve the project brief An energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented person Ideate and lead the team towards digital objectives Manage the Creative team by guiding and motivating them with thought, ideas, and recommendations Job Requirements
