What you will be doing:
As the Art Director, you will be the Creative Team Lead for the account. In this role, you will be responsible for taking projects from brief to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines.
Produce engaging & relevant creative concepts and content that meets the client brief and OLIVER’s exacting internal standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input.
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the clients marketing strategy to deliver high quality results.
Work closely with the creative team to create engaging print and digital content across platforms.
Ensure all work created by the team is as per guidelines and meet’s the best practices of the platform.
Provide leadership and direction to the designers who will report into you.
Foster a culture of creativity whilst keeping client‑centricity at the core of all we do.
Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications.
Stay up to date with the latest category & creative trends and consistently implement into our creative product.

Previous experience with a Banking or Finance brand is optional but good to have.The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organize and prioritize workloads to maximize productivity.

Basic After Effects experience or any other digital animation software and video editing tool
Working knowledge of print and digital design and its requirements is a must.
