Job Responsibilities:
- Able to make creative and unique videos to share across our platform.
- Take the lead in independently video planning and editing a diverse range of videos, from captivating promotional content to informative product demonstrations and engaging creative content for social media that are aligned with the company brand & marketing strategy.
- Able to manage projects from conceptualization to final video production, overseeing the entire process.
- Work closely with our dynamic marketing team, understanding project requirements and objectives to create videos that not only meet but exceed expectations.
- Optimize videos for TikTok, staying at the forefront of the latest trends and algorithms.
- Craft TikTok-style videos that ride the wave of modern trends, ensuring our content stands out on social media platforms.
- Able to recommend improvements to increase performance and tell a compelling story that resonates with our audience.
- Infuse visual effects, graphics, and other creative elements into your videos, creating eye-catching and trend-setting content.
- Good in Asset Management. Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient file storage and backup to keep our creative flow unstoppable.
- Any other tasks and projects assigned by the superior / company.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with Professional Certificate, Diploma in Video Production / Film / Mass Communication / Creative Multimedia or equivalent are preferred.
- Required skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut 剪影. Davinci Resolve & After Effect would be a plus.
- Experience in editing footage or at least familiarity of beauty products on TikTok would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in beauty/FMCG industry will be a plus.

Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Presentation: Work alongside senior consultants to develop marketing & growth strategies. Transform insights into implementation plans. Organize data and build client presentations with logic, structure, and clarity. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations (we call them decks) for clients, showcasing findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Research and Analysis: Support qualitative and quantitative market research, data collection, and analysis to support consulting projects. Synthesize findings into actionable insights. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the consulting practice.
- Manage Project Deliverables & Timelines: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and in line with client expectations.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services. Assist in conducting client meetings and workshops to gather information and understand client needs.
- Brainpower Galore: A good Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Economics, Engineering, etc.
- Passion for Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.
