About the position:
The Marketing Automation Specialist role is responsible for day-to-day production of digital marketing campaigns and programs in the Global Digital Hub for the Marketing Automation Chapter. The role acts as a subject matter expert role of OCE-D (OCE Digital) marketing automation tool, to reach Global Digital Hub’s key objectives and business goals by supporting business partners and stakeholders in owning and executing digital marketing programs and projects. The role is responsible for working with Pharma Division's affiliates and regional teams in executing on the digital strategy related to Roche events, products, services or any other marketing automation projects in OCE-D (A Salesforce Marketing Cloud based Marketing Automation Solution)
As a qualified specialist , you:
develop, manage and support global/regional/affiliate E2E marketing campaigns (including asset creation, user journey/logic building, localization, segmentation, testing, analyzing)
work with key stakeholders to build contextual transactional and outbound marketing campaigns, and nurture campaigns leveraging valuable product data, to drive customer engagement and raise customer understanding of the product, service or order
understand the business partners’ and stakeholders’ preferences and consulting, recommending, developing solutions and best practices to reach their own goals in marketing automation
Facilitate tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and ensure current email best practices in the industry are being followed
Support global/regional projects /initiatives, as required.
Operationalize marketing automation programs to support demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, retention, etc.
What can you bring to our team:
University or College Degree in a related field (Computing and IT, Communication or Digital Marketing)
2+ yearsof professional email marketing experience; preferably in a global environment with an established track record of developing automated campaigns
Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, in the context of email marketing (basic is a minimum)
Excellent understanding of user journeys and campaign logic
Previous Marketing Automation Tool knowledge is a must, preferred Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo or Eloqua or Hubspot or Braze preferred
Great attention to details is essential
Quick learner, passionate about technologies
Customer-focused behavior in everything you do
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive approach and positive mindset
