This job is for an Email & Retention Marketing Executive who runs email and WhatsApp campaigns to keep customers coming back. You might like this job because you’ll creatively engage with audiences and see direct results from your strategies!
- Manage and execute BloomThis’ email, WhatsApp, and loyalty marketing programs, including list creation/segmentation, layout design, link tagging, scheduling, and test setup
- Continuously improve retention KPIs: deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, opt-outs, revenue, lifetime value, and other business-specific goals
- Research and implement new strategies for email and retention marketing
- Develop and manage monthly email and WhatsApp marketing calendars
- Plan, build, and launch acquisition/lead-generation campaigns via email and WhatsApp
- Set up automated flows and lifecycle campaigns
- Create and execute weekly campaign blasts
- Conduct A/B testing to refine strategy and improve results
- Generate and analyse weekly/monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm product and campaign ideas
- 1–2 years of experience in email and/or retention marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with email and WhatsApp marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, WATI, or similar ESPs)
- Solid understanding of email and WhatsApp best practices
- Experience in e-commerce retention marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimise performance
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
