We're a fast-growing email marketing agency scaling eCommerce brands through world-class lifecycle strategies. Our clients come to us because they want sharp thinking, proactive execution, and profitable customer retention.

We've had a strong start to the year and are scaling fast. To keep our momentum, we're building an elite team of Account Managers who want ownership, impact, and growth.

Our clients are 7-8 figure eCommerce brands built from passion. You'll work directly with founders who've built these businesses from scratch - these are their passion projects, and your work has a tangible impact on their success. You get an inside look into what makes the most successful eCommerce brands tick.

If you want to be a passenger - this is not for you. If you want to own your accounts, grow with a winning team, and become a strategic operator - read on.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our eCommerce clients.

As a Part Time Role, this role will be during the hours of 10am-4pm AEST.

At Full Time, this role will be during the hours between 10am-6pm AEST.

This is not a coordination role - you'll own the client relationship end to end, supported by world-class copywriters, designers, and tech specialists.

Your mission:

  • Drive retention, growth, and email marketing revenue for our clients
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in client accounts
  • Communicate clearly, directly, and fast with clients and internal teams
  • Build trusted relationships that keep clients retained long term

You will have:

  • Direct access to brand owners and decision-makers
  • Autonomy to make smart decisions fast
  • An opportunity to grow into leadership as we scale
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of eCommerce clients
  • Review account performance, report insights, and recommend strategy pivots
  • Coordinate with internal copywriters, designers, and technical specialists to deliver best-in-class campaigns and flows
  • Proactively manage deadlines and deliverables
  • Lead monthly strategy calls and present reports
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help clients expand their scope
  • Maintain high client retention and satisfaction scores
  • Continuously improve internal processes and playbooks

What We're Looking For

Ownership mindset: You treat client accounts like your own business. No babysitting.

Proactivity: You spot problems before they happen and move fast to fix them.

Strategic thinking: You can see the big picture and create actionable plans.

Fast learner: You pick up new tools and client industries quickly.

Clear communicator: You write and speak with clarity, confidence, and care.

Klaviyo Experience: 2yrs+ years with Klaviyo is very highly regarded

Team player: You work well with creatives and technical teams to deliver outcomes.

  • 2+ years in an Account Manager, Customer Success, or Project Manager role
  • 2+ years of Klaviyo experience
  • Ideally agency or high client-volume experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Obsessed with client success and personal growth
  • Competitive Base + Performance bonus structure
  • The opportunity to work directly with passionate founders of 7-8 figure eCommerce brands

What's In It For You

  • Autonomy: Own your accounts, make real decisions
  • Meaningful Work: You're helping real people fulfil their passions - these are their passion projects built from scratch, not soulless corporations
  • Growth: Fast-track career progression as we scale
  • Training: Access to our elite AM playbook and resources
  • Impact: Work with exciting, scaling eCommerce brands
  • Remote-first: Work from anywhere with flexibility

How to Apply

Send us:

  • Your CV / LinkedIn profile
  • A quick video introducing yourself and why you’re a great fit for this role. (Submit a loom video or google drive / youtube link)

This is not a corporate 9-5 job. We're a fast-growing team building something special - and we want sharp, hungry operators who are ready to grow with us.

If that's you, we want to meet you.
