Responsibilities- Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and optimize a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a content roadmap that aligns with marketing goals and supports product launches
- SEO & Web Optimization: Use data and SEO best practices to ensure web content is optimized for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving visibility
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness

Responsibilities- Performance Marketing (Main Role): Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI
- Social Media Management: Own our social channels (English, Bahasa) — content creation, community engagement, growth strategies, and reporting
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and content gap analysis to boost organic traffic
- AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) to scale content production, ad copywriting, and data analysis
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Visa Expert, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing with product launches and customer needs
- Location & Language: Remote and based in Malaysia. Bonus: Mandarin proficiency
- Experience: 2–3 years in agency or in-house marketing roles, ideally in a startup environment
- Travel Passion: You love travel and understand what motivates and concerns visa applicants
