Role Overview
The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing content across multiple channels—website, blog, social media, email, and third-party publications. Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and optimize a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a content roadmap that aligns with marketing goals and supports product launches.
- SEO & Web Optimization: Use data and SEO best practices to ensure web content is optimized for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving visibility.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Public Relations & Thought Leadership: Assist with PR initiatives, including drafting press releases, managing the company's public image, and contributing to thought leadership content.
- Video & Multimedia Content: Lead the creation of video content, from scriptwriting to production, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve content effectiveness.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation within a B2B marketing role.
Content Expertise: Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating various content types, particularly in the B2B space.
- Digital Marketing Savvy: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data and analytics tools to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
- Project Management: Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Preferred Experience
- Tech Industry Experience: Previous experience writing for tech products or services is a plus.
- Video Production: Familiarity with video creation, from scripting to working with production teams.
- Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
