Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and optimize a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a content roadmap that aligns with marketing goals and supports product launches
  • SEO & Web Optimization: Use data and SEO best practices to ensure web content is optimized for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving visibility
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness

Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing (Main Role): Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI
  • Social Media Management: Own our social channels (English, Bahasa) — content creation, community engagement, growth strategies, and reporting
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and content gap analysis to boost organic traffic
  • AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) to scale content production, ad copywriting, and data analysis
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Visa Expert, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing with product launches and customer needs
Who You Are
  • Location & Language: Remote and based in Malaysia. Bonus: Mandarin proficiency
  • Experience: 2–3 years in agency or in-house marketing roles, ideally in a startup environment
  • Travel Passion: You love travel and understand what motivates and concerns visa applicants
  • Digital Savvy: Proven track record managing performance campaigns, growing social communities, and improving SEO metrics
  • AI Proficiency: Comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow to boost efficiency and creativity
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
  • Ownership & Collaboration: Self-starter who takes initiative and works seamlessly with remote, cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Chinese social platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat)
  • Background in travel or visa-related marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Portfolio of past campaigns, social channels, or content you’ve managed
