In this role, you’ll:

Key Responsibilities
- Omni-Channel Marketing:
- Drive omni-channel marketing campaigns that integrate digital marketing, social media marketing, EDM, offline events or activations, and other marketing channels.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints, enabling higher engagement, stronger brand recall, increased brand awareness, and measurable campaign performance across the full marketing funnel.
- Full-Funnel Marketing:
- Drive marketing initiatives that target each stage of the customer journey, from awareness and consideration to conversion, retention, loyalty, and advocacy especially for B2B audience.
- Use data-driven insights to tailor content, audience targeting, messaging, and channel strategies that guide prospects through the funnel, optimise conversion rates, and maximise long-term customer value.
- Demand & Lead Generation:
- Drive strategic demand and lead generation initiatives that attract the right audience and fill the pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Leverage a mix of inbound and outbound tactics including content marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, SEM, webinars, and EDM to generate awareness and interest at scale.
- Use A/B tests, data and behavioural insights to nurture leads through personalised journeys, increasing conversion potential over time.
- Collaborate with Business Units and Sales Team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with pipeline goals, providing tailored assets and touchpoints that support meaningful, value-driven conversations.
- Content Development & Management:
- Plan, create, and manage high-impact content and a range of assets including blog articles, website updates, whitepapers, landing pages, EDM sequences, social media posts, and sales-enablement materials tailored to specific audiences and business goals.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, SEO best practices, and campaign objectives, while continuously optimising based on performance insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR & Communications and Product Teams to ensure messaging consistency and relevance across all channels.
- Product Marketing:
- Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and existing products to ensure successful launches and sustained market traction.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop GTM plans in collaboration with Business Units and Product Teams, covering launch timelines, content assets, enablement materials, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Product Teams to develop marketing strategies that highlight product features, benefits, and USPs via brochures, product demos, and other promotional materials.
- Events Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimise events marketing initiatives, both virtual and in-person, to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including strategy, promotion, partner coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
- Create compelling event experiences such as product launches, industry conferences, networking sessions, and webinars that align with business goals and audience interests.
- Support the organisation of webinars, trade shows, product demos, and other offline or hybrid marketing initiatives.
- Media Planning & Media Buying
- Support the planning and execution of integrated media strategies across both digital and offline channels.
- Assist in identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate media platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, print, radio, OOH), and allocating budgets effectively to maximise reach and impact.
- Coordinate media buying activities including ad placements, negotiation with vendors, scheduling, and tracking to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics across all channels and contribute to continuous optimisation to improve ROI and lead generation outcomes.
- Affiliate Marketing:
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads through strategic partnerships. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, influencers, and referral partners who align with brand values and target audiences.
- Create compelling campaigns, track campaign performance, and optimise partner activities using performance metrics.
- Partnership:
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships that amplify brand reach, unlock new customer segments, and drive mutual business value.
- Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with ecosystem partners including platforms, fintechs, startups, and industry associations to co-create campaigns, joint offerings, referrals, and go-to-market initiatives. Develop partnership frameworks, co-branded assets, and engagement plans that align with both parties' objectives.
- Social Monitoring
- Track and analyse brand mentions, conversations, and sentiment across social media platforms to understand public perception, identify trends, and respond to reputational risks in real time.
- Collaborate with the PR & Communications Team to ensure brand tone and messaging remain consistent and responsive to audience feedback.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across channels, with a strong focus on KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, CPL, CPA, CPE, ROI and other metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into campaign outcomes, funnel progression, and marketing’s contribution to revenue and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Event Marketing: Support the organisation of webinars, trade shows, product demos, and other offline or hybrid marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or sales role.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CEP, CRM, etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Independent and self-starter.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech industry.

What will you do?
- Take part in account-based marketing campaigns where research is heavily required to formulate a more substantial understanding of a prospect’s organization

In this role, you’ll:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that showcase our managed services portfolio
- Plan and manage customer events, webinars, and partner roadshows to boost brand awareness and lead generation
- Track campaign performance and optimise marketing activities based on data insights
- Build strong relationships with sales teams and channel partners
- Manage marketing budgets and partner program funds effectively
- Create and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers throughout their journey
- Work closely with Microsoft, Cisco, and other partners to create co-marketing initiatives that accelerate business growth
- Conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign performance metrics to continuously improve marketing ROI
- Build and maintain a clean, compliant marketing database to ensure effective targeting and personalisation
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT or technology sector
- Strong campaign execution skills with proven results
- Experience in partner marketing or channel programs
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels
- Event management and content creation capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to leading technology partners and their marketing programs

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for positively and professionally positioning, promoting and representing the brand, company, products and services to all customers and stakeholders, internally and externally, with a “Customer 1st” approach. He/she drives the development, execution, evaluation and reporting on initiatives geared towards achieving company objectives, within identified budgets and timelines.
The Marketing Specialist manages all communications related to business-critical initiatives and ensures that they are executed with the highest quality; develops, integrates, and implements of a broad range of communications activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership, provides guidance and focus to advance communications goals for the organization, including its CSR policies and activities.
The Marketing Specialist Is Responsible For Executing
- 360 Campaigns based on centrally developed campaign toolkits: including executions for media channels, retail presence, all digital owned assets, digital campaigns, external and internal comms.
- S/he is commercially focused on delivering marketing programmes to drive market share and revenue objectives and is focused on creating and implementing local tactical responses to competitive activity in market.
- Bring company and commercial initiatives to life both Internally to employees but also externally to consumers and stakeholders.
- 360 Campaigns: media channels, retail presence, all digital owned assets, digital campaigns, external and internal comms.
- Develop end to end B2C marketing executions across cross functional teams including Advertising, brand communications and digital execution to ensure efficient and effective customer journey. Own planning process as a critical function to bringing Commercial Plan together and translate into Marketing plans.
- Manage promotional collateral and activities that support sales initiatives.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of the Fixed/Mobile/ budget, objectives and commercial targets.
- Collaborate with digital strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs.
- Work with central and local advertising agency partners to develop and execute advertising in support of annual marketing plan.
- Work with Central Marketing Strategy team to execute campaign toolkits in a way that’s meaningful and relevant for local market.
- Develop annual sponsorship & influencer plan and execute E2E activations to support that strategy for B2B and B2C
- Align with Media planner lead to translate commercial priorities into a media plan - Digital, Traditional and CBM - that builds the brand and generates sale
- Provide branding, sales collateral and materials as requested and aligned to commercial priorities.
- Provide Branding for Sales Events and support in set-up to ensure brand alignment.
- Coordinate appropriate media coverage (i.e. radio remote) and media support to drive attendance at sales events.
- Manage monthly forecast/re-forecast, accrual process, PO & Expense management
- CSR Initiative Support i.e. School Givebacks, Fundraising, Disaster Relief, Jump
- Support B2B and Communications as needed.
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing or other related field required OR Diploma level qualifications with relevant experience not less than 3 years.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in progressively responsible roles in Marketing. Experience in Public Relations, and/or Communications is a plus.

We're on the hunt for a sales-driven and analytical Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn content into conversations, leads into customers, and campaigns into real revenue.
In this role, you’ll craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives that directly support our sales goals, from B2B lead generation to paid campaigns, from event execution to email nurturing. You’ll work closely with the sales team to align messaging, track performance, and refine the funnel with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute sales-focused marketing campaigns across digital and physical platforms
- Drive qualified traffic through SEO/SEM and optimize website performance with analytics
- Run targeted paid ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to attract B2B leads
- Plan and manage B2B email marketing journeys that warm leads for sales handoff
- Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging and accelerate deal cycles
- Organize both physical and online events that generate demand and brand authority

What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech/engineering sectors
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion-focused strategies
- Confident in running digital ads and analyzing campaign performance
- Familiar with marketing tools (e.g, Canva, Beefree, Pally and others)
