We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager with strong analytical skills to join our Pricing team . While the role is closely aligned with IT functions , your focus will be on pricing systems —leading their development, testing, rollout, and support to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency . You will also drive issue resolution through root cause analysis and help implement long-term, scalable solutions .
Essential Functions
- Lead end-to-end project management of pricing system initiatives
- Collaborate with US/IN teams on system development, feature deployment, and rollouts
- Conduct use case development and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support market launch readiness for new pricing features
- Manage system incident resolution and coordinate feature rollouts
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term process improvement solutions
- Map business processes and maintain relevant documentation
- Extract, summarize, analyze, and visualize data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Maintain pricing domain and system knowledge, ensuring successful implementation and optimization
- 5–10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, project management, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including UAT
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, and BI tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-regional or global teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A quick learner with a keen focus on data accuracy
- Rigorous and precise with data analysis and reporting
- High standard of written and spoken English

What You’ll Do Execution Measurement & Insights- Lead the analysis of RED results and connect execution performance directly to volume, revenue, and customer KPIs.
- Monitor outlet-level execution using the iRED app, ensuring PiCOS standards are tracked daily across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
- Consolidate and analyze RED performance, linking execution scores to volume, and revenue KPIs. Influence investment and resource allocation by demonstrating the ROI of RED performance improvements.
- Provide insights on gaps and opportunities (e.g., product availability, cooler compliance, display execution) to drive corrective actions.
- Own the iRED app and Product Master Data for SIMA, ensuring accuracy, usability, and continuous enhancement. Anticipate and solve system issues, working closely with IT and global teams on optimization.
- Partner with IT and commercial teams to maintain and enhance the iRED platform for SIMA.
- Conduct app testing and validation to ensure data integrity and user functionality.
- Drive adoption of RED scorecards and dashboards at all levels of the sales organization.
- Translate RED data into simple scorecards and dashboards for Sales and Trade Marketing.
- Drive adoption of RED scorecards and dashboards at all levels of the sales organization. Act as the subject matter expert for RED analytics, coaching teams to improve performance and execution discipline.
- Feed market insights (competitor activity, channel execution benchmarks, shopper behavior) into Trade Marketing and Category teams to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with WAPOS and sales teams to ensure campaigns, activations, and promotions are executed consistently at the point of sale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and support sales teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Available immediately and can commit to a 12-month contract position.

Perform proactive and reactive analysis of campaign delivery to increase performance and drive revenue, identifying problem areas that might impact campaign pacing that might require follow-ups with partners
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that prevent customers from succeeding on our ad platforms
Be an expert on digital ad ecosystems; use data to troubleshoot campaign delivery, reporting, ad performance, and respond to campaign optimization queries
Audit campaign details such as clients' campaign goals, budgets, flight dates and any other information necessary to correctly complete client reports
Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs
Job Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience working in Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Comfortable leveraging multiple tools to debug and troubleshoot
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and track record of working towards established KPIs
Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of empathy for customer issues and needs

Job Description

About The Role
To deliver the end-to-end product and/or campaign development and implementation, ensuring timely and efficient launch that supports the Product Solution Tribe’s strategies and OKRs.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient launch of new products, enhancements, and campaigns by preparing and documenting gate papers, product specifications, marketing materials, training materials, and meeting minutes. Sign off on contract UAT within set timelines, conduct training, plan launch events, and perform post-launch reviews.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on new products, enhancements, and campaigns for management meetings and other projects.
- Conduct training for internal staff prior to product launches and prepare comprehensive training materials.
- Support sales activation initiatives and help achieve the Product Solution Tribe’s OKRs.
- Perform competitor and product analysis, facilitate focus groups, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders for feedback.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines issued by BNM/LIAM regarding products.
- Support sales channels and handle product-related inquiries.
- Perform additional duties or participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or Marketing.
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Microsoft Office, good presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
