We are seeking an Analyst to join our marketing team. Reporting to the CARMA Asia Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in creating insightful content that supports CARMA’s marketing and business development strategy for Asia.
The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of projects to ensure deliverables are of exceptional quality and delivered by deadline.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilise CARMA’s platform and other relevant platforms and tools to gather and analyse data accurately and efficiently. Analyse and interpret raw data to provide insightful content.
- Develop engaging content for a diverse range of purposes and channels, including website, social media, presentations, and newsletters. Collaborate with sales and global teams to align content strategy with business goals, target audience, and brand messaging.
- Assist in communicating insights and findings, ensuring clarity and actionable takeaways. This may include presenting findings internally to teammates, externally to our clients, and sharing with media and editorial stakeholders.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns by monitoring and analysing campaign performance. Translate insights into actionable improvements to the marketing strategy.
About you:
- Experience in journalism, insights analyst, communications, public affairs or similar
- Proficient in interpreting raw data and data visualisation
- Adept at project management and balancing multiple projects
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and eye for design
- Keen interest in current affairs, business news, and social media trends
- Ambition to be more public facing than a traditional analyst role.
- Familiarity with marketing and business development is a plus

- Regional participation : Oversee and manage marketing efforts across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, ensuring alignment with regional objectives to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Fresh to 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on email marketing, digital marketing, or content management. This experience should demonstrate a candidate's ability to execute marketing campaigns, analyse performance data, and contribute to strategic marketing efforts. - Expertise in Email Marketing:

We’re looking for Marketing Executive (Marketing Analyst) to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You’ll be a part of our Marketing team.
What You’ll Do
Regional participation : Oversee and manage marketing efforts across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, ensuring alignment with regional objectives to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Digital Marketing Strategy : Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive growth strategies through digital marketing channels, optimizing for success across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing and search engine marketing. Content Creation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling marketing content and communication materials, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, announcements and other materials as needed. Data-Driven Marketing : Implement robust data tracking, analyze performance metrics, market trends and draw insights from data analytics to inform decisions. Marketing Support : Assist, manage and problem-solving the marketing projects and events effectively to support smooth company operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing and digital marketing.
About You

Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field. Language Skills : Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, with a strong command of grammar and communication best practices. Content Creation Aptitude : Demonstrated ability to create engaging, high-quality content and an appreciation for the nuances of effective communication. Technical Skills : Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools to track and evaluate marketing performance. Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members. Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields is preferred.

What You’ll DoExecution Measurement & Insights
- Lead the analysis of RED results and connect execution performance directly to volume, revenue, and customer KPIs.
- Monitor outlet-level execution using the iRED app, ensuring PiCOS standards are tracked daily across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
- Consolidate and analyze RED performance, linking execution scores to volume, and revenue KPIs. Influence investment and resource allocation by demonstrating the ROI of RED performance improvements.
- Provide insights on gaps and opportunities (e.g., product availability, cooler compliance, display execution) to drive corrective actions.
Tools & Systems Management
- Own the iRED app and Product Master Data for SIMA, ensuring accuracy, usability, and continuous enhancement. Anticipate and solve system issues, working closely with IT and global teams on optimization.
- Partner with IT and commercial teams to maintain and enhance the iRED platform for SIMA.
- Conduct app testing and validation to ensure data integrity and user functionality.
- Drive adoption of RED scorecards and dashboards at all levels of the sales organization.
Sales Team Enablement
- Translate RED data into simple scorecards and dashboards for Sales and Trade Marketing.
- Drive adoption of RED scorecards and dashboards at all levels of the sales organization. Act as the subject matter expert for RED analytics, coaching teams to improve performance and execution discipline.
Commercial Strategy Support
- Feed market insights (competitor activity, channel execution benchmarks, shopper behavior) into Trade Marketing and Category teams to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with WAPOS and sales teams to ensure campaigns, activations, and promotions are executed consistently at the point of sale.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and support sales teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Available immediately and can commit to a 12-month contract position.
- Added Advantage: experience in FMCG, sales operations, trade marketing, or use of sales execution platforms (e.g., iRED).
