We’re looking for Marketing Executive (Marketing Analyst) to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You’ll be a part of our Marketing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Regional participation : Oversee and manage marketing efforts across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, ensuring alignment with regional objectives to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy : Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive growth strategies through digital marketing channels, optimizing for success across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing and search engine marketing.
  • Content Creation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling marketing content and communication materials, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, announcements and other materials as needed.
  • Data-Driven Marketing : Implement robust data tracking, analyze performance metrics, market trends and draw insights from data analytics to inform decisions.
  • Marketing Support : Assist, manage and problem-solving the marketing projects and events effectively to support smooth company operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing and digital marketing.

About You

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
  • Language Skills : Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, with a strong command of grammar and communication best practices.
  • Content Creation Aptitude : Demonstrated ability to create engaging, high-quality content and an appreciation for the nuances of effective communication.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools to track and evaluate marketing performance.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields is preferred.

Join our Bid Strategy team driving the success of our Gas Services (GS) sales efforts, primarily focusing on the Gas Services’ Asia Pacific and China Central service business, with potential for additional responsibilities in other regions as needed. Lead, analyze critically, collaborate cross-functionally, and be creative for bid success and sales strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on special projects and initiatives, further broadening your impact within your assigned regions and on a global scale.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Analyse, track and monitor region activities and engagements

· Support LoA process by managing and analyzing historical pricing data, enabling strategic price adjustments to optimize sales team confidence in pricing decisions.

· Facilitate uniformity and strategic insight across Asia Pacific and China sub-regions with consistent LoA support and comprehensive analysis of market level pricing, competitor moves, and market headwinds/tailwinds.

· Support to conduct periodical intelligence debriefs attended by Region AP & CN sales teams (and others globally) to discuss sales’ lessons learned, market trends, OEM competitor moves, and competitive intelligence enhancing understanding of the market landscape.

· Develop, maintain and communicate Market Level Pricing and Target Pricing for a variety of service solutions, including price build-up with project specific scope and market comparisons.

· Support in driving alignment across regions, countries, and New Unit to ensure we are applying standard processes across SE GS C service business.

· Conduct Win-Loss analyses of relevant bids to capture lessons learned thru the sales process and create Fighting Guides for specific products.

What You Bring

  • You bring an open, diplomatic, and collaborative mindset, and enjoy fostering strong relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field with few years’ experience in market insight role.
  • Experience or passion in sales and marketing role coupling with technical understanding of GT and CCPP is preferred.
  • Outspoken, collaborative, creative, organized, with a can-do approach.
  • Proficiency or willingness in learning SalesForce and Microsoft office. Proficiency in Tableau (or Power BI), Fleet Intelligence, SAP, GEC, GPC, IIR preferred. Skills in business model development is a plus!
  • Open and direct communication in English is required

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Job Description



  • Provide excellent email and Video call support (that will be recorded for quality purposes) to advertisers, agencies, and sellers on Ads product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions.
  • Build relationship with the client’s sales team to strengthen long-term cooperation.
  • Perform proactive and reactive analysis of campaign delivery to increase performance and drive revenue, identifying problem areas that might impact campaign pacing that might require follow-ups with partners
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that prevent customers from succeeding on our ad platforms
  • Be an expert on digital ad ecosystems; use data to troubleshoot campaign delivery, reporting, ad performance, and respond to campaign optimization queries
  • Audit campaign details such as clients' campaign goals, budgets, flight dates and any other information necessary to correctly complete client reports
  • Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs


  • Job Qualifications


  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Comfortable leveraging multiple tools to debug and troubleshoot
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and track record of working towards established KPIs

    About The Role

    To deliver the end-to-end product and/or campaign development and implementation, ensuring timely and efficient launch that supports the Product Solution Tribe’s strategies and OKRs.

    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely and efficient launch of new products, enhancements, and campaigns by preparing and documenting gate papers, product specifications, marketing materials, training materials, and meeting minutes. Sign off on contract UAT within set timelines, conduct training, plan launch events, and perform post-launch reviews.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports on new products, enhancements, and campaigns for management meetings and other projects.
    • Conduct training for internal staff prior to product launches and prepare comprehensive training materials.
    • Support sales activation initiatives and help achieve the Product Solution Tribe’s OKRs.
    • Perform competitor and product analysis, facilitate focus groups, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders for feedback.
    • Ensure compliance with guidelines issued by BNM/LIAM regarding products.
    • Support sales channels and handle product-related inquiries.
    • Perform additional duties or participate in special projects as assigned.

    Minimum Job Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or Marketing.
    • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Microsoft Office, good presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

    Essential Functions

    Lead end-to-end project management of pricing system initiatives Collaborate with US/IN teams on system development, feature deployment, and rollouts Conduct use case development and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) Support market launch readiness for new pricing features Manage system incident resolution and coordinate feature rollouts Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term process improvement solutions Map business processes and maintain relevant documentation Extract, summarize, analyze, and visualize data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools Maintain pricing domain and system knowledge, ensuring successful implementation and optimization

    5–10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, project management, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including UAT Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, and BI tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong business acumen and attention to detail
