We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Talent Analyst to support Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition through effective administration of talent systems and data analytics. **Transcripts** - Team is responsible for creating publication-quality transcripts of conference calls conducted by the corporates. The team uses intelligent speech recognition software along with other state-of-the-art editing tools to deliver transcripts in real-time with the highest standard of quality. At Transcripts, we produce written records of dictated or recorded speech of various investor events including Earnings calls, M&A calls, Investor Conferences, Company Conference Presentations.
**Responsibilities and Impact:**
+ Primarily responsible for collection of country-specific (China - Mandarin) financial reports and conversion of the document to English transcription document with the highest degree of quality output and timeliness goals
+ Complete the translation and conversion of native Mandarin documents to English utilizing the end-to-end transcription process.
+ Be able to independently handle projects/workflows or any other task at hand delivering high quality and within deadlines.
+ Fixing of data errors when needed and defining country specific policies together with members of the Quality Control team.
