We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to plan and execute high-impact campaigns for clients across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll develop platform-specific strategies, create and schedule content, manage paid social advertising and engage communities to drive measurable results.
Success means boosting engagement rates, generating qualified leads and meeting campaign KPIs. You’ll work across industries from B2B SaaS to retail, reporting performance insights to clients in AEST/AEDT.
- Minimum five years’ experience in social media marketing roles, with a focus on ANZ audiences
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Strong ability to analyse performance using native platform insights and reporting tools (for example Google Data Studio)
- Excellent written and spoken English for campaign copywriting and client presentations
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
- AUD $2,000 - 3,000 per month based on experience

Phase 1 (November + December)I will provide:
- A posting calendar with daily scripts, instructions, and audio voice-over.
Your responsibilities:
- Create short-form videos from provided text and audio.
- Edit videos using CapCut (or similar), including captions, transitions, and music.
- Create simple graphics or quote cards in Canva.
- Suggest content ideas and trends relevant to the book's themes.
- Source visuals such as stock footage and images or coordinate shoots.
- Batch content ahead of schedule and maintain a content library.

What You’ll Do Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Plan and execute digital campaigns with a focus on student recruitment for universities. Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads (international markets experience is a big plus). Analyse campaign results and tweak strategies to maximise impact. Collaborate with a creative and dynamic team to brainstorm fresh, engaging ideas. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads (bonus if you’ve run campaigns targeting international audiences). Strong knowledge of IG, FB, and TikTok content formats and best practices. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, HubSpot; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. I am launching a book on December 3rd, 2025, targeted at 20–40-year-old spiritual seekers, both Muslim and non-Muslim. The book features verses and reflections on life, love, nature, patience, and modern topics like AI. I need a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to manage daily social media posts before, during, and after the launch on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Phase 1 (November + December)
I will provide: A posting calendar with daily scripts, instructions, and audio voice-over. Your responsibilities: Create short-form videos from provided text and audio. Edit videos using CapCut (or similar), including captions, transitions, and music. Create simple graphics or quote cards in Canva. Suggest content ideas and trends relevant to the book's themes. Source visuals such as stock footage and images or coordinate shoots. Batch content ahead of schedule and maintain a content library. Post according to schedule on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Adapt captions for each platform, including hashtags, tags, and CTAs. Make light edits to video/audio if needed. Engage with comments and messages as directed. Track performance and report weekly. Skills Required
Proficiency in posting on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer or Meta Business Suite. Basic Canva design skills for quotes and thumbnails. Excellent written English with an uplifting, inclusive tone. Organizational skills with file management (Google Drive/Dropbox). Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with Notion or Trello for content planning. Ability to spot and adapt trending audio and templates. Understanding of spiritual or inspirational content and audiences. Soft Skills
